Makes a lovely paperweight, light catches the colours beautifully. Unfortunately if I want to use it to actually vape, I have to get a good strong elastic and wrap it 3 times because the magnet will not stay in. Superglue won't work, have been advised to get special loctite glue but at close to £10, is it worth throwing more money at. Website says contact us before sending back....how about giving an email then? Tried one I found on www but that gets rejected. Tried to reply to order email, nope. Tried the chat window, no reply. Ordered three weeks ago, failed after 10 days. Now it's outside of their return window. On the positive side, at least I didn't order two!!

I ordered on the 10th October and they didn’t come until today, that isn’t the problem tho. I ordered 3500 Elux bar lemon Ribena because they’re hard to get nowadays so I thought I give it a go on this website. I tried them and they was very burnt so I do not recommend ordering them vapes and I also think there fake as well because I remember them being a lot more chunky.

Wide selection of vapes, all at a low cost compared to other shops, superb customer service, what more is there to ask for? Definitely will visit here again, appreciate it!

Update on my order. There was a mix up with my order. The emails they sent me. I never received. But they finally did send me another email to say the product was not in stock. And they did refund me. So I would use this company again. And would recommend. And it's not a scam website. Just a misunderstanding regarding the emails.

wow thats some business as you have not replied to my emails. not good, I brought a voopoo kit,then thought it strange after few days it's not shipped so contacted company to find its out of stock& website wasn't updated, so now they got my money said I would be funded but now won't reply to my email, not a good first experience with this company, I won't be shooping hear again. I thought from reviews it was good company, but my experience was/is definitely NOT GOOD AT ALL. all i want is my money back ASAP 😕

I recently ordered a Limitless RDTA Kit from Vaping Wizard, expecting a genuine product. Royal Mail delivered it on time, but upon opening, I found the glass piece was broken. I reached out via WhatsApp, and their representative promised to send a replacement glass, but it still hasn’t arrived. Moreover, the kit turned out to be a very old model – manufactured around seven years ago – and there’s no authenticity barcode, leading me to believe it’s a clone rather than the genuine item I was expecting. Really disappointed with the experience, and I would not recommend Vaping Wizard based on this.
