Found this website for vape juice had a good look at the 70/30 vape juices the price's seemed quite reasonable so i picked 4 different juices added them to the basket clicked on the basket to pay and got a discount message code tried four times to enter code and kept getting the same message back code was invalid so I emptied the basket and bought elsewhere and it was also a little cheaper so after reading all the dissatisfied customers and complaints on here i think i was quit lucky that I didn't put the order through..

Arrived in great time and the sour tangie is fantastic, had a slight issue with the other pod but Laia dealt with the situation perfectly. Within a couple hours of my first email followed but a picture of the time at fault; one was sent out without hesitation immediately. Found a gem of a company here. Been using the devils lettuce for sometime now and over the years the quality has dropped massively so needed an alternative. These are a game changer in terms of that old school taste. Best customer service EVER

I had an issue with the package because the authorities returned it to the sender due to free gifts that I couldn’t support with an invoice.

The girl who replied to my emails was more than kind, helpful, and warm! I believe her name is Laia. After the package was returned, she removed the gifts and sent it to me again, keeping me informed about everything along the way. I can’t express how grateful I am!

Happy with products and next day delivery!

I don't normally leave reviews here, but noticed a few 1 star reviews here that I seem unjustified and wanted to balance it out a bit.
I personally had a great first experience. I ordered the cbd calm pen with two cannablitz cartridges, and not only am I happy with how the product tastes and performs, it arrived next day just like they said it would. I'll happily order from these guys again

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and would like to clarify exactly what happened.

Your order was dispatched to Royal Mail on time on Monday as you placed the order after the cut off time on Saturday and Sunday Royal Mail does not collect at all, you can find that information on our website, which we explained to you over the phone and on live chat. At all points, we communicated that any delivery delays once the parcel is with Royal Mail are outside of our control. However , we offered our support to raise the issue with Royal Mail to track the parcel and see what had happened as we like to take delivery issues seriously. Your delivery time then, was Tuesday and is now Thursday so it was 2 days delayed.

When you called us, we explained that a refund would be issued once the parcel is returned to us, which is our standard policy. We have always been transparent about this procedure.

Later, you informed us that after contacting Royal Mail you discovered the delivery issue was caused by an incorrect postcode. Please note that the shipping label is automatically generated from the address provided by the customer, so we are unable to control errors in the address entered at checkout once parcel is not longer at our facility.
We will, of course, issue a refund once the parcel is returned to us, as per our standard policy.

We take all feedback seriously and strive to provide clear communication and prompt service to all our customers.

When the delivery was first queried, we explained that a courier claim needed to be opened, as delivery delays are outside of our control. The tracking has since updated to confirm the parcel was successfully delivered, including a proof-of-delivery photograph provided by the courier, that is why we did not issue a refund as claim was not successful as it actually got delivered on Friday 30th at 13:59 pm. We can also see that a further order placed the following day was dispatched as normal and delivered on time, which reflects our usual shipping process.

Regarding the faulty product, once this was reported we arranged a replacement immediately. As with any electronic product, faults can occasionally occur, and when they do, we always aim to resolve them as quickly as possible. This product had also been purchased previously and used without any reported issue, which is why I guess it was reordered.

We take customer feedback seriously and always aim to provide fair and timely resolutions. If you’d like to discuss anything further, our customer support team remains available and happy to help.

astonishingly quick customer service!!

I reached out due to an issue with the free shipping for over £30 option not showing up in my cart. I brought it to their attention, and within a just couple of short hours, they'd solved the case & I was able to place my order with free shipping!
