Worst support team ever, they not even told before ordering product they don't have something, changing product in completly different then promissed even twice, im not even seen the more worst company with that poor support, delivery time 36days, longest waited time, completly unhappy with product and customer support, not worth to wait that long for that kind of products, first and last time buying something from that company.

I’ve had a luxe x. Xros 3 mini and cross pro.

The luxe x pods all leaked within days. Went through 8 tanks in less than 2 weeks.

The xros pro was by far the worst. Both pods leaked and bubbled within the first use or two. Had to throw both pods away the same night I bought the device.

The mini was the same

Unbelievably terrible quality. Can’t even get a refund from the shop I bought it from. Solid waste of £100. Do not buy these they are utter trash all of them.

I have the Vaporesso Xros Pro. The device is great. The ability to find the pod/coil I like is anything but great. I either can't find them at all or I get stuck with the side fill pods and no removable mouth piece. When I was in the market for a new device I was torn between two brands and my assumption was that vaporesso products would be more readily available when I needed something for the device. That was the tie breaker. I regret that assumption. I'll never buy another vaporesso device. For now I'm dusting off my old uwell caliburn x until I buy something different

This review has nothing to do with ordering from Vaporesso, but the products themselves.

I love Vaporesso XROS series vapes. I've owned the XROS 2 and 3 for years, and just got the Pro. I have never had a pod leak even a tiny bit,
nor have I had any pod burn out on me. I've dropped my vapes more than I'd like to admit, but never caused damage to any.

The XROS 2 and 3 are almost perfect in every way. Their only flaw is the lack of airflow adjustment. It's kind of hard to close the air vent just a small bit. It's either an easy draw, or a real tight draw.
The Pro addresses any shortcomings that the previous models have. It's also built like a tank, and you can feel it in the weight. It's a little thicker than the older models and I don't know if I like that. I'd like to try the XROS 4 to compare, but the Pro charges in 30 minutes. And I don't dislike it, it's just a little different.
Edit: since my review, I have purchased the XROS 4 Nano, XROS 5, and the XROS Pro 2. I loved the Nano, but a pod leaked all 3ml and killed it. The Pro 2 feels weightless compared to the original Pro. It's battery lasts forever, but takes 70+ minutes to charge. My current favorite XROS is the XROS 5. The battery also lasts for a real long time, but only takes 20 minutes for a full charge. FWIW, I only bought the XROS Pro 2 because the XROS 4 Nano was sold out.

When I emailed them 2 weeks after ordering asking why it hadn't shipped they sent me a shipping number for a government issued Covid test. A few days later they sent another # for a package having "arrived" in Illinois with small print saying awaiting package. 3 weeks later it arrived. It's a good product, but 18-12 days shipping is more like 6 weeks

It's been 10 days since I placed my order. No tracking and they have not responded to emails. Jeez I wish I had seen these reviews beforehand!!

There is absolutely no reason to buy from these people if you are in the US. It has been almost a month since I have placed an order for $81.00 and I am still waiting. Never ordering from them again after this transaction.

I ordered their vape and coils 100$ worth and almost a month and nothing came. No tracking nothing. Very disappointed because I was super excited to get this vape

"All orders will be processed within 48 hours after your order has been placed"

This was 7 days ago. Zero replies to emails, which is concerning because as their T&C state:
"Please contact us immediately if you need to change or withdraw your order. Please note that any orders that have already been shipped out be revoked."

So yeah, here we are. Never again. Will be issuing a chargeback as soon as i can.

Xros Pro arrived, OLED screen didn't work. Followed all the instructions with Vapoesso support (registered device, took a video of the issue). A week later they said to contact Vaporesso Store as "it is run by a third party". Did that, no response despite multiple followups.

Got the xros and it's brilliant great battery life the pods are 4 £10 and last 2weeks was previously using vise epods ans was spending £15 every 3 days I've only spent £5 in 2 weeks

Products Leak into battery compartment.
it exploded, nearly burnt the flat down.
I have pics but there's no where to paste them.
VERY dangerous products, if you want to represent me so we can sue them, get in touch.

Leaking from brand new never overfilled once terrible device wouldn't advise any one to ever buy one

Complete garbage company with zero customer service, no product to ship out and wasted three weeks of my time back and forth. They must be in financial trouble.

Bought the luxe xr max and it is a great mod pod kit, I have been using this pod mod for a month, I’ve been using 0.3ohm coil at 35 watts and the battery lasts for about 1.5 days, coil flavour is great but best flavour comes from 0.3ohm and 0.2ohm coils, I use nic salt double concentrated flavour and coils last over 1000 puffs which is great for the sweet juice I use, I guess if I used normal strength flavours the coils would last a lot longer. Must admit the gtx coils do seem to use more juice than other coils in other devices but I’m guessing because they use more juice that the gtx coils stay well soaked, that could be why the coils last so long. So after using the vaporesso luxe xr max for 1 month I am very happy with it, I will be sticking with this device as it’s the best one I’ve bought so far. Good work vaporesso great device thank you.

This company is awful. Their customer service is a joke and they don't seem to know how to handle shipping items.

They did not put my apartment number on the package, even though I entered it. This should have been a very simple fix, but instead they turned it into a three month long pain in the ass.

Customer service is useless, they don't bother reading your messages, and half the time they just don't respond. They are rude and snippy when they do for no reason. They are not interested in making anything right.

This is exemplified by what happened when, after a 25-email chain (half of them were messages from me that they ignored), my package finally arrived somehow.

When I relayed this to them they took the opportunity to email me back a rude and snide messages claiming I had signed for it a month ago. This was on a package with no signature.

It should be telling that this message was by far the fastest they responded.

They refuse to send tracking numbers. They refuse to provide any information. They ignore you and lie to you. And they are rude about it the whole time.

How this company is still in business is beyond me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM VAPORESSO.

It took about three weeks for the order to arrive and the tracking information NEVER updated. The order was accurate and nothing is leaking. Patience is the key. I ordered pods with the coil because coil-less pods is all they sell around here and I don't care for them. I will order again when my pods start to run out. (I ordered enough to get free shipping so I have several right now.)

Would give 0 stars if I could.

This is the second vape kit that leaks and my local retailer refuses to refund (which I'm pretty sure is illegal).

I knew I should have researched this company before purchasing instead of taking advice from the bloke in the vape shop.

AGAIN, SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND GO ELSEWHERE!

CHEAP CHINESE CRUD

I've ordered the new XROS PRO and they confirmed my purchase the day of; Now 10 days later, no updates, shipment & delivery.

I've sent 4 mails to 2 different adresses, no response.
Quite frankly, I'm annoyed. I've been vaping vaporesso for the better half of the last 10 years and this really puts me off.

FIX YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Edit/Update:

I've sent 4 friendly e-mails regarding my order. No answer. I now sent a not so friendly e-mail threatening to charge back my payment via the credit company and filing a lawsuit. I had a response a couple of hours later; Telling me my order has been shipped with a tracking number that doesn't work.

Waste of money not ideal if your a big vaper. The pods burn within a couple of days. Dont get me wrong when you put on a new pod there full of flavour but after a few days the taste is vile and makes you feel sick. Dont bother wasting your money.
