I've been having major problems with vaporfi's shipping to my state of Wisconsin. My orders keep getting sent back. Supposedly they say that they've attempted delivery, they did not!!!!!! The tracking as of today says order out for delivery but vaporfi emailed me to tell me that my orders were shipped back because of failed delivery attempts....they never tried to deliver, I've been home waiting for 2weeks!!! I would stop ordering from them if I knew how to make my own double espresso!!!!!!! 😤

They use unreliable and disreputable shipping services. Most recent order they claim they delivered it to my work address (they didn't), and forged a signature of the initials of the business. And their customer service is rude and unprofessional and only responds with boilerplate. Will not order from them again

Ordered from Vaporfi on July 16,17, and 18 2023. Only one order was delivered. The other 2 have Days in transit 16, and 14, and now it's August 3 2023. I decide that I was tired of waiting, so I ordered from 3 other websites on July 22, 26, and 28 2023. First order was delivered on July 26, and the other 2 were delivered on July 30 2023. Vaporfi will no longer get business from me.

Pathetic service delivery , pathetic customer service would not recommend this company in the slightest , takes your money very fast but slow turn around to return

On the left, it said that adult signature was "FREE" but I was charged $5.99 in my total. If it is free, it shouldn't be charged. If its not free, then the box on the left needs to not say "FREE". Also, I searched for the item I wanted by name and it didn't show up. I then searched for it by SKU (which I found on the receipt from the last time I purchased it) and it said no item found. When I copied and pasted the full name of the product from my old receipt, it then found the product.

I wasn't expecting the great deal I found. Shipping is always fast and affordable

I've been a customer for many years and always had the buy three get one free deal. Not only did you remove that without warning, you also lowered your maximum redeemable points from $20 to $10. Not cool.

I liked everything until I got down to checkout and was charged $5.99 for adult signature fee when on the left part of the page, it said FREE. Was NOT happy. Then the button for support no longer worked. I would like for my credit card to have $5.99 put back on it. Thank you.
