Edit: 21/12/23: The package is arrived today but I have not received any other communication from them.
Bad customer service if not scamming but product arrived, buy at your own risk.
Placed an order and they didn't ship!
Their customer service refuses to answer any emails
We placed an order on May 12th from vaporgenie.com. They did mention it would take up to 2 weeks to arrive so we were anticipating a longer eta. However, the status still says the label has been created and no other activity since.
We emailed 3x to the support email and then called and left a message but no answer. Terribly disappointed.
Wouldn't order from them again.
Customer service is none existent I placed an order and it’s been processing for a week no one responds to emails or answers the phone good thing I only ordered something small to test the waters. I ordered one of their products from a reseller all the way in Canada that has gotten here before they can even give me a call back or ship my product and they are right here in the USA
