I needed all kinds of security codes for my purchase my license,the last four of my social security to verify my information,then a picture of my license,then a picture of me with my license,then somehow I was put on the chat line when I was trying to make the purchase all because I couldn’t remember my security code when I first did business with vapor nation...

I paid extra for 2nd day delivery, and still no order 5 days later.

I paid $11extra for 2nd day delivery. That was on 2/20. I still haven't received my order 4 days later. I also haven't received an order conformation or an email with shipping tracking status.

Update: Thank you for you response. I appreciate it and the shipping refund.

We're sorry to hear about the delayed shipment. Upon checking the tracking information, it appears that the delay was actually on the carriers end and not ours, also, it looks like the package was finally delivered today.

First time shopping

I have not received it yet but in my country I will use a vaporizer to smoke the cigarette leaves. However, since there are only a few types that are sold, I will use this from now on.
