PLEASE STAY AWAY !! My product (innokin t18 ii) have stopped working after couple of weeks. I emailed them twice about the issue, no response. I phoned them many times, no answer. It’s very sad to see people doing business only to rob people. At the very least they should have decent customer service. Shame on you vapourmate for outright robbing people ! I will be taking this further with ombudsman and others, don’t be surprised if your business gets shutdown !!!

Been trying to return an order for a while now, no response at all. I bought a tobacco flavour liquid from them that tastes like PVA glue and gave me breathing difficulties. No response from their customer service.

Purchased a Istick 30w, came home read the instructions and put it on charge.
The instructions said between 2 -5 hours, Came back in five hours. No charge.
Checked the security number and this is what I got.

reasonable price and delivery but
- an order that went missing in the post [£30] was not replaced and refused to refund me.
My expensive powerpack itaste MVP -£55 developed a fault after 5 months and Vapourmate hid behind 90 day warrenty to not repair or replace it and refused to accept UK consumer law that requires goods to be of a satisfactory quality- at least 6 months in this case- the matter is being dealt with Trading Standards.

I've been a long-time customer of Vapourmate and noticed recently that they released their first own-brand product called the V-Touch. I was hesitant to order at first but so glad I did. It's a very high quality electronic cigarette and very affordable. Would highly recommend to big vapers!

Have been using products from Vapourmate now for 7 months, two of us and have not touched a cigarette since we started and now have no desire to. We always have menthol juice and love the Hangsen. Have tried other products but always end up binning them as they are just horrible.

The delivery is very quick.

Verry helpful if they get something wrong they fix it right away not that they get it wrong often just ones since I started getting stuff from them. Verry quick delivery to North Scotland two days three max keep up the good work

This is truly a life-saver. I get to de- stress by actually breathing in a cloud of sweet nicotine vapour and blowing it out satisfyingly, without all the health risks that come with combustion. Am recommending to all my friends.
