Very good service, great price point
The service was great as I had received my order a day late my delivery costs got refunded and I also received a 10% discount which was great.
The price point of the items is the cheapest I've seen. One problem I have is the website needs to be updated apart from that it's great.

Poor service
I ordered 6 bottles, 4 of 1 flavour and 2 of another, paid for it all. Then couple days later i recieved a partial refund but with no explanation why and it weren't till my package arrived that i knew exactly what refund was for, the 4 bottles of the one flavour, which i assume was due to a stock issue. There was no email explaining why I was being refunded or any attempt to contact me to ask if I wanted to change my order. So now i will have to order more liquid elsewhere and paying shipping costs again so it will cost me more because advertised stock isn't available on Vapourtown.

Great store
Great products (some hard to get outside of the USA) and very quick delivery. Can't fault the service received will definitely be using again for all my vaping needs. The only downside is that the site isn't the most iPhone friendly but that's just aesthetics so no big deal.

Excellent service - received goods on Tuesday morning after ordering on a sunday night. Great price as well, £10 cheaper than local store. And they sent me some free stickers too. Very happy, would use this company again no problem.
