A Cautionary Tale: Värdex Suisse's Vardexpay - A Masterclass in Deception and Greed

My experience with Värdex Suisse's Vardexpay has been nothing short of a nightmare, a revelation that not all Swiss operations exude the quality or integrity you'd expect. This so-called "crypto service" is a masterclass in deception and exploitation, cleverly disguised under the veil of Swiss reliability. I used their crypto ATM in Zug, expecting a straightforward transaction. Instead, I found myself embroiled in a scheme so blatantly rigged, it would make a con artist blush.

I attempted to import the printed paper wallets from both a cash and a card transaction into several reputable wallets (Cake, Trust, Exodus) only to discover they were deemed INVALID due to "not a valid QR code". Miraculously, Värdex's own wallet, Cryptonow, had no issue "importing" these codes. How convenient! It's clear to me now that Värdex is intentionally issuing proprietary, non-standard codes to corner their users into using their wallet, which, unsurprisingly, comes with exorbitant fees.

The audacity of customer service to suggest the problem might be with my phone or to try using their Cryptonow wallet is insulting. When three mainstream wallets fail to recognize your QR code, and only your proprietary wallet does, the issue is glaringly obvious. It's not the technology at fault here; it's a deliberate ploy by Värdex to funnel unsuspecting customers into their ecosystem and bleed them dry with fees.

The irony of expecting a Swiss-based crypto provider to be scam-free only to end up financing some exec's yacht through hidden fees is a bitter pill to swallow. This experience has been a costly lesson in vigilance and the importance of doing thorough research before engaging with any crypto service, Swiss or otherwise.

I implore anyone considering using Värdex Suisse's services to think twice. There are numerous other crypto platforms out there that respect their users and operate with transparency and integrity. Don't let your hard-earned money be the next contribution to a Värdex executive's luxury lifestyle. Shame on Värdex Suisse for exploiting the trust of their customers and tarnishing the reputation of Swiss innovation and reliability.

VardexPay is a scam project

VardexPay is a fraudulent project, a scam. We started cooperating with them at the end of July. The first few withdrawal requests were successfully paid out.
But starting from August 7, the payments stopped coming, in the chat @processingfinsup sent answers like "We will pay you today" and so on until August 9.
After that the answers stopped altogether.
The amount of non-payment amounted to about 700$.

At the moment their site is not functioning. Only the merchant's office at the link merchant.vardexpay. com/ remains accessible.
There is a suspicion that it is not the first time they open a scam project to accept payments, using the same template https:// take.ms/ 1mbjHq and can do it again after a while.

VardexPay are scammers

VardexPay are scammers. They have stolen my money after the very first transaction. Their support requested a receipt from me, I provided it and they just stopped responding. My money are still frozen on their side for more than a month already.

Although I have not encountered this myself, according to the chat in tg, apparently they have problems with processing payments and other transactions, this is a common thing. I hope they will fix it in the near future.

Very convenient service

Very convenient service. The fact that you do not need to disclose personal data for transactions up to 5 thousand dollars was a pleasant surprise. At the same time, the API is fire !! Convenient, understandable, profitable and simple. And I also put money into the account and now I don’t worry about the loot.

Even with the recent networking issues

Even with the recent networking issues, VardexPay is still one the better APIs out there. Their support team is simply goated. No matter how many silly beginner questions I asked about the service the support team was always there to help immediately.

I came to VardexPay in hopes I’d find a service that will enable me to efficiently juggle fiat and crypto currencies. Let’s say I wasn’t disappointed. The wallet is quite astounding, being able to juggle BNB and USD seamlessly. Highly recommend

I believe they are poised for significant growth

I recently came across Vardex and was impressed to learn that they have secured a $20M investment. This speaks volumes about the seriousness and potential of their project. I believe they are poised for significant growth. It's reassuring to see such strong backing, and I'm excited to see how they continue to evolve and meet the demands of the market. Worth a try.

IMHO

IMHO, the no-KYC registration process is convenient, but the recent bug that halted withdrawals left a sour taste. I'm cautiously optimistic, but they need to address these issues to gain my full trust…
