i just dont like a lot of the chips and i dont want to recieve anymore

this company is a rift off do not join you may never be able to get out I have tried to cancel 9 times and still the boxes come

I don’t know if I would say this company is a complete scam, but my experience was inexplicable. They offer no option to purchase one box, so I subscribed to their monthly plan, waiting to see how much of the box I’d use before deciding whether or not I’d cancel it. Unfortunately I was unaware it was the last day to unsubscribe, but I could NOT get into my account no matter what I did.

The following day I was charged, and again I tried to get into my account, I tried their “forgot password” function and it did nothing. I eventually managed to cancel the subscription via a link in the email they sent after they took my money, which they will not refund as per their policy, despite the fact that the shipment hadn’t been sent yet. Yet I still couldn’t get into my account.

What’s very disconcerting though, as I was emailing with my complaints and receiving evasive responses, they sent me a “reactivation link” for my account, and then I could finally get into my account. I NEVER deactivated my account, so it looks like it was deactivated without my consent somehow. After informing them of this they conveniently ceased communication. They never addressed their "forgot password" function not working or my apparently deactivated account that made it troublesome to cancel my subscription.

Other concerns:

-First time users usually get 10 dollars off, and this is a reasonable deal, but $30 is NOT a fair price for what you get.

-It appears as though some of the bags of chips are undersized from typical bag sizes.

I wish i couldn't give them a star at all this company is bullsh** they take ur money then lie about ups delays i placed 2 other orders way after i place my order with them and i have received those packages already.. This sh** dnt make sense it wasn't a delay when they took my money this company is awful i will never recommend them to NOBODY but the better business bureau

I received a $25 gift card from my work for a variety fun box. First off you cannot use it for a subscription box which is just ridiculous. Second there’s only two items under $25 and it’s literally gummy candies in baby snack size bite packages. Here’s an example gummy bears has four gummy bears in the pack. The only thing I could purchase was 19.99 for skittles, sour patch, twizzlers and keep in mind they are all Halloween snack size packs. So charging 19.99 for them is absurd when I could go to the store and buy a bag of each for under $10 and they would be bigger sizes ! took weeks for delivery and it’s just a blatant rip off! To top it all off after everybody use their gift cards were told that this is a taxable gift so now I’m being taxed for the crappy gift that I got from here. There are so many great subscription boxes and this is just not one of them!

This company is awful to deal with! I placed my first order on 10/19/2020 and it’s 11/16/2020 and still have not received my box! 2 days away from charging my account for another month and still haven’t gotten the first box! No thanks...cancelled my subscription! I emailed many times and got same response as others...delays on UPS/USPS end...which is bull because ive gotten many shipments from them since that time from other companies! Would not recommend this to anyone!

First order came fine. Enjoyed the service and decided to keep it for awhile. Second month I was charged the 27th of September and got an email that I would receive another email when the order shipped. Almost two weeks later and have not received the product or an email about when it would be shipped. Customer service is nonexistent. They don't have a phone number to call and only have an email they don't answer. I'm going to have to contact my bank to get my money back. The snacks they send out are good but it's also nothing you can't get at the grocery store for probably less, but I just thought it was convenient. Canceled and might be out 30 dollars, but lesson learned.

After three emails and a week of waiting eventually received the canned response of : We are currently experiencing shipping delays with our shipping partners USPS and UPS that are causing these longer than usual wait times. No worries once the order ships which will be ASAP you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Which makes zero sense since it has not even been shipped yet. It's not the USPS' fault they haven't shipped the product out.

I ordered a monthly snack box on September 6, 2020 and as of today September 21, 2020 it hasn't shipped and when I emailed the company a week ago I was told there are shipping delays with usps and ups and then the email said....no worries we will let you know when it ships....ok so I don't even understand how that's possible because I have received numerous items that I have ordered way quicker ! I received 3 seperate packages from New York that took 3 days from ship date. Variety fun company is located in New York. plus what does usps and ups have to do with this company shipping my order??? my order hasn't even been mailed yet!!! what a bunch of crap !!! I will never order from them again! Their customer service is crap...i sent another email 5 days after my 1st one and I haven't received a reply. And they don't even have a phone number for customer service !!!!! Crappy crappy crappy !!!!!!

I opened and tore off the top when this came in and put in the pantry. This has the best variety I have seen. From cookies, chips snacks, peanuts, crackers, granola bars, candy. As soon as I opened it all hands were in it. Good snacks too. Grandmas cookies, etc.... all brand names.
This is a great product for Moms with lunches to make. You have enough snacks for weeks. No rushing out for me to get more snacks. And I don't get the variety like this in stores.
If I had to go out and purchase all these separately it would cost so much more. Be careful taking the top off if you do like I did - the box is overflowing. It is nice to have choices.
