These people are either genuine scammers or absolutely incompetent and deceitful
These people are genuine scammers, do not buy from them. I placed an order on amazon august 9th, and it said it would be here between august 20th and 22nd. It is now the 21st, and Amazon cancelled my order today. They claim to be the target of an amazon scam hack where people are putting their bikes up for half off and then rug pulling, but I got the email response from their company directly about having "no current information on your order through amazon" and the email from amazon cancelling my order AT THE SAME TIME. I know, for a fact, that I bought the bike THROUGH THEIR AMAZON BRAND STORE. The fact that my order was cancelled, AND then company responded at the EXACT SAME TIME, to me says that they knew exactly what they were doing and they goofed on their coupon pricing, making it 50% not 5%. I only ordered the bike because it was half off.

Easy to assemble, quality materials,my first electric bike and I am very pleased with it,
It does wat I say,easy controls,it's a pleasure again going out on the bike,I am 68 and missed riding a bike.
I highly recommend it,my mountain bike was a Varun M27 model.
