I ordered a power washer that you attach to your garden hose that is ment to work with pressure out of it to wash cars,paths etc
I went to use it and it is only good for watering plants no pressure from it like advertised
It took so long to receive I did not mind that but the end result very disappointing
It the advertisement it was high pressure etc
Anybody looking at this don’t buy

Don't believe these guys, I wrote a 1 star review on their website and it doesn't appear on there. No wonder they don't have much bad reviews on there because they don't post them. BE AWARE

The tale of order #17464

Either a scam company or a lesson in E-commerce.

I ordered two tools on November 6th and it was sent to a wrong address and the UK based courier couldnt do anything apart from ship it back to the parent company at
No 19 North Street Ningde Road, Caohe Industrial, Panyu District, Guangzhou, China.

I emailed them and a few days later got a reply stating the package had to be returned to their shipping depot before they could move on sending it back out.
That was in December. Remember the hope we had for the future in December 2020? Halcyon days they were. I miss them.

I email them every week just to see where it is and it apparently hasnt made it back to their shipping depot at any point in the 15 weeks that it was sent.
I get that the reply is just from some poor soul who studied English and has lost the lottery draw for manning the complaints keyboard that shift so I don't get overly aggressive or abusive.
Homeslice is just pulling a wage.
I get that, I feel for you in these days of viral compliance so you do what you can to feed yourself Brother or Sister!

I email every week or so just to see what fairytale they have for me but their replies have gotten shorter and today my emails are getting returned which is a new development.
I feel like my mum didnt pick me up from afterschool sports... I should probably look into this disappointing memory with a professional or at least an older alcoholic in a pub as their wisdom in endless going by their shouts in my city centre street at night.

I have a bunch more email addresses so I plan to keep chasing my items just to see if they ever arrive. Already made a VaschoenMyVaschoen one.

I also can't wait until these lockdowns all loosen up as I would like to pop down to their head office just to see what happens.
In my head it will be like a side quest in one of the Fallout games.

I have just received the 2020 Upgrade Magnetic Mini Gps Locator and little condused how to use it but the customer service help me patiently.Really appreciated, I'll order in the future again.

Had to give them a minimum of one Star! Saw the wood splitting bit on Pinterest so I assumed it was a reputable company! Finally received the Bits (ordered2) and the shank and bit don’t match. Threading on bit is around 1” while thread on shank is around 3/8”. Clearly no meant to work together!
Despite many efforts to resolve this issue I get shut down despite photos etc.
STAY AWAY. Pinterest should check what the advertise!

Vaschoen runs their business on lies and selling rubbish ,then charging us in USA dollars ,.I am still waiting for my tools ,they said I signed for ,LIES more LiEs and 23 emails still no tools or refund DO NOT DEAL with these criminals.

Just received two GPS locator, straight from China
The idea is that you put them via the internal magnet to a metal surface.
The Magnets are so week that these even can not hold the own weight of the device.
The manual is in a kind of English that nobody can understand.
One star is far too much for this rubisch, I even do not start using them jus trwow these away at once
