Exactly what I was looking for. I received it timely and it was packed very securely. I highly recommend this company.

The vase/ bell jar I ordered arrived in great condition. It was wonderfully packed.

This is my second order. I ordered wedding glass cylinders this time in varied sizes. I was very skeptical ordering the first time, but the service, quality and value was so good. So with no worries, I ordered again. Everything was packaged for shipping and I will pack it up like it was sent so I can transport it to the wedding without worrying about buying packing tubs. It was one less thing to manage. Thank you Vase Market!

I was hesitant to order online, but I am so glad I did. The order was shipped quickly and arrived in only a few working days. The packing was great. I ordered several tall vases ,and they were each boxed separately and securely packed together in a larger box. The packaging will make it easy to transport later and pack up after the event. This company was by far the best price point. I would order again and recommend this company.

I appreciate the variety of inventory; good descriptions and the products I ordered were of a good quality and good value; reasonable prices. Glass items were well packed and arrived safely. I recommend Vase Market if you need any of their products.

Although the product itself was great, the customer support I received was not. I order in bulk 16 glass domes, two of which where shattered and I notified the company via email with pictures. I was told on April 16, 2019 that I would receive credit for 2 vases and partial shipping and handling within 3-5 business days. I checked on the credit on 4/26/2019 and was told it would be taken care of 4/29/19 because they were posting all refunds that day. I emailed them 5/10/19 and 5/23/19. I was told on 5/24/19 "Refund was issue already" I asked that same day if they could give me a date and amount. I called the bank and had no refund. I emailed 5/30/19 and still no response. I value customer service and although its only 2 vases. I still need to order those replacements and will not be getting the bulk rate I bought the initially 16 for. I have yet to hear back from anyone. -

Everything arrived intact, though one vase was unbalanced/tippy as the bottom was a little rounded. I used felt buttons on the bottom to even it out. All good! All in all, a very good experience, great value.

I looked around everywhere for trumpet vases for a reasonable price. I found Vase Market and was a little skeptical about ordering glass vases online and because some people received broken items. It was for my wedding so I needed about 18 vases. I was SO excited and scared to open the boxes. None of my vases were broken! The quality is so amazing. They are a nice size. It was so perfect and a big addition to my wedding and reception!! Don’t second guess ordering from here!!

Your wedding day is supposed to be the happiest day of your life. Thanks to Vase Market I will always remember the feeling of being duped. All brides, or anybody planning a party RUN!!!!!!!!!!. I know that the cheap prices are enticing but it is not worth it. My vases that my elderly mother brought were uneven, and not able to support the weight of the flowers. When I tried my centerpiece on the vase it crumbled. I was so distraught, trying to save from renting from the florist I ended up spending double. Furthermore, I still had to rent vases because of the poor quality I received from vase market. Buying from them was truly a fiasco. It’s not enough that vases arrived on two separate occasions broken, and they take forever to provide a refund. You must go through hoops and relays just to get your money back that you spent. Customer Service is extra professional during the buying process, however when you try to return the true colors of this business comes to light. They tried to charge me 118.00 for shipping labels, and the cost of the merchandise is 192.00. Leaving me with a whopping 74.00 refund. I will be posting this on every wedding g sight, to help save brides the aggravation. Please it’s not worth it….

Very good service. On time delivery

Vase Market had exactly what we were hoping to find. The slant cut bubble vase was perfect for the "candy bar" at a graduation open house.
One of them had a slight flaw, but when filled with goodies, it was unnoticeable. Very economical.

I received my package and none of the vases were broken. I was amazed; I expected at least 1 or 2 to be broken during shipping, but all were fine. Quality is good and photos were accurate representation. Buying these at a home improvement store would have cost a lot more, I think.. I am going to order more soon.

I typically don’t write reviews but felt compelled because this company has terrible customer service. Do not purchase vases from vase market. The liner supplied with our boxes leaked and ended up ruining $400 worth of flowers. When I contacted customer service they did not resolve the issue, but also blamed me for not calling them to make sure their vases/liners held water appropriately before I purchased them. Do not waste your time or money.

Response to reply from vase market below: I did initially call customer service, left a message, a no one returned my phone call. I then reached out via email and had the experience outlined above. The description on the website should indicate that the vase and liner is more suitable for succulents. I asked to return the product because I was unsatisfied and was told I couldn’t because they were used. I didn’t know they leaked until I used them, so your return policy seems unreasonable.

They sold floral wedding wood boxes with liners to hold the water and all the water leaked in every 24 of them. The company will not stand by their product and refused to handle the situation. I guess their customers satisfaction means nothing.

Outstanding service and safe delivery not one vase was broken!!!

I've ordered about 5 vases from here and they were all beautiful. Will definitely use them in future and will definitely recommend
