Took my wedding ring and engagement ring to the Vashi Royal Exchange office. Anna was extremely helpful in booking my rings in and arranging the appointment. She was very patient and great at communicating and keeping in touch.
I am so pleased with how clean they have become - a great service when purchasing the rings is the complementary care service.

The whole process was smooth and informative. I received good advice suited to my circumstances which I felt I could trust and I never felt pressured to purchase. The turnaround time from purchase to completion was also extremely quick, as was re-sizing. A big shout out to Anna who was fantastic throughout.

Quick and helpful!
I popped in to the Royal Exchange branch to talk about getting my engagement ring resized slightly smaller and Kristina was really friendly and helpful in getting this sorted. She said it may take a couple of weeks but would try and see if she could get it done sooner and the next day she emailed to say it was all sorted.
Worked out perfectly as my work is nearby and because they are open till 7pm I was able to collect it that evening :) I also had the free annual clean done and the ring looks good as new!

Great experience. Everything I could have asked for. I didn’t feel pressured into buying a certain engagement ring and the advice and information provided was very informative.
