Knowledgeable and friendly team at Selfridges
The two people working at the Selfridges branch could not be more helpful during my initial requests for help and information.
Orla was great in answering all my questions about the ring I wanted and arranged a video call with the team in London.
Although I ended up going to another shop in Central Manchester for the sake of convenience (and the other half wanted this particular ring) I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Selfridges if you want advice and guidance.

We visited Vashi in Selfridges to buy an eternity ring. We were met by Josephine who was extremely knowledgeable and was able to guide us to an absolutely exquisite ring which we completely fell in love with ! Josephine has a very personable mannerism and nothing was too much trouble for her . She kept us fully updated as to when the ring would be ready and made sure it could be collected in time for our special anniversary.

Our Vashi experience was amazing! William at the Selfridges branch was fantastic. We needed a men's wedding band in a short time. William went above and beyond anything we were expecting. He was very approachable and made us feel relaxed, we didn't feel rushed. William helped me find a ring in my size from a nearby branch. I would recommend Vashi for providing a unique service, with great products made to a high standard and a great customer service to match.
