We ordered the Renaflow quiet last minute, thankfully they delivered next day which saved a lot of plumber call out charges. Plumber said it was a very straightforward fit, we have used it for around 3 months and it's been a great addition to our new kitchen

We ordered the Renaflow Sink quite last minute after seeing it online, and the delivery was surprisingly fast which saved us as our plumber was on site. The pull-out spray is super practical for washing dishes, and the included accessories are a great bonus. The chopping board is especially useful in our household. Overall, very happy with both the product and service.

This is a beautiful sink but had alot…

This is a beautiful sink but had alot of issue with the waste. Its low quality and we couldn’t get the right fitting to attach it here in northern Ireland. We had to buy a seperate, much simpler waste and the plumber damaged part of the sink in the process. I was asked for £25 to replace this part of the sink and wasnt able to use the waste that came with the sink originally. Overall pretty disappointed as i think if its not a universal fitting and they are being sold in the uk then people should be made aware that theres going to be alot of issues with getting the appropriate attachments. After ten weeks without running water this held me back another two weeks and ive paid £500 plus the extra £25 and cant even use all the features as we cant get the piping. Definitely need to provide the appropriate fittings for the country these sinks are being sold in.

We do want to clarify a few important points for context. Our sinks and fittings are fully compatible with UK plumbing standards, and we’ve sold hundreds across the UK — including Northern Ireland — without any issues relating to the waste fittings or connections. In this case, it appears the problem arose from the way the waste and hose were installed rather than from the components themselves.

As our correspondence shows, we did our best to support you at every stage: responding quickly, asking for photos and videos to correctly identify the fault, and offering to send a replacement hose at minimal cost even though the original part was damaged during installation. Unfortunately, once a part has been damaged by a third-party plumber, it falls outside our warranty and quality control, which is why a small replacement fee was requested.

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with delays and repairs, and we truly regret the inconvenience caused. While this issue wasn’t due to a manufacturing or compatibility fault, we genuinely appreciate your feedback and will continue to review our communication to make sure installation guidance is as clear as possible for all customers.

We’re glad you were eventually able to get your sink installed and hope you’re now enjoying it as intended. If there’s anything further we can assist with, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer care team directly — we’re always happy to help.

Came across renaflow sink on Instagram, and really glad I took the plunge and purchased. Delivered on time, well packaged. Once installed it's been working brilliantly for us, me and my husband really like the glass washer as it saves having to turn tap on after you've had a cuppa!

Professional Installer Honest review

Sink arrived in good time and well packed and straight forward to assemble the sink is pressed from a good grade metal but the tap and glass rinse parts are cheap and badly spray painted which has resulted in the peeling of paint and glass rinse has continual water dripping after 6 weeks of limited use
Installation into worktop is difficult due to the box the tap is connected to protrudes close to the edge of the sink which is a design fault which results in the worktop having to be cut within a millimetre as water will get in the back behind the tap and once the silicone mastic fails it will water damage the worktop and base unit
The tap control has no thermostatic control over the hot water which can be dangerous for scolding the 2 way diverter is a good idea for the waterfall feature but is of little use if you have low water pressure as the pipe bore supplied will only give you the water required if your supply is pumped pressure
The sink is nice and deep and wide and the accessories useful but the depth is poor and the tap curve does not aim central to the sink unless angle to the left or right or pulling on the adjustable head which will not work if you store stuff in the cupboard bellow as the weigh adjustment is hard to navigate to get the hose to pull to tap head back into position
I have installed for customers many of these sinks and the all are made in China and can be purchased from fifty to two hundred and fifty pounds online they just arrive with different company names on the box so five hundred from this company is expensive
I did check this company out and its a one man band operation using a virtual office address does not reply to issues I did this review at request of customers and do not need a reply from this company with the usual we do not know you we did not sell to you we did not get your email please get in touch with us glad to help even though no customer service or contact phone number which tells you all you need to know
It is your choice and your money but i would advice using a branded company and if you want this same sink it is cheaper elsewhere your paying extra for the box
This review was done over a six week period I usually wait 6 months
I would like to see reviews with photos and proof of purchase as many reviews are the same and supplied by family and friends to promote the seller or supplied ten minutes after opening the box or after installed so please wait a while to give an accurate review as it will help buyers and sellers equally

The review supplied is based on 44 years of fitting experience of the products and not a personal attack
The product should have more detail regarding low pressure issues how would the customer know what they are buying
The quality is not great apart from steel thickness every thing else attached is not
If have fitted many cheaper sinks of equal quality
One man band refers to you holding all the instruments as all I can do is screen shot my enquiry along with 3 other customers doing the same and then you denying ever receiving contact
So the resolve this issue on you website publish your phone number and your address to make yourself more transparent as I am sure customers would prefer to talk about your product and their issues or your expert installation advice when required I am sure there is no reason not to supply this information

Avoid the Vasken Sink: Terrible Quality and Overpriced


I paid £500 for this sink and regret every penny. After completing our renovations, we didn’t start using it until January this year. Within just a few weeks, we noticed scratches on the surface. At first, I thought it might just be a protective film that needed peeling off, but unfortunately, it turned out to be the sink’s paint itself coming off.

Due to family health problems, I couldn’t raise the issue immediately, so I contacted the company about eight months after purchase. Their response? They dismissed it as “normal wear and tear.” For something that costs this much, it’s unacceptable for the surface to start degrading so quickly.

Not only does the finish wear off, but the sink itself is also impractical to use. The tap design is uncomfortable and more of a hassle than a convenience. Overall, the quality is shockingly low given the price.

Please don’t waste your money. This sink is not worth it at all. You’d be far better off buying something cheaper and sturdier from IKEA or elsewhere. At least then you’ll get value for your money.

Renaflow sink

Really happy with my Renaflow sink! It looks great in my kitchen and feels solid and well-made. The installation was simple with no fuss, and the drainage has been smooth with no problems at all. It’s definitely added to both the look and practicality of my kitchen, and I think it’s great value too. I’d highly recommend it.

Bought a Renaflow luxury…

Bought a Renaflow luxury multifunctional sink for my new kitchen as wife and kid really liked the look and feel and features. The cost is £499.

Its been a month, But the paint and the beautiful looking color started peeling off on controls and surface of the sink. This is really unacceptable for the hefty price I paid and the quality.

I emailed the vasken team with pictures of the sink and controls. But received no response.

I am really disappointed and the never expected such a poor quality for that price.
