This company has a contract with my landlord and they NEVER came to replace the filter on our MVHR.
It's been 4 years I am living here and not even with a baby and a toodler the move. I am chasing but they simply don't care.
Honestly don't know how they still have contracts with this kind of service
We have used Vassells for a number of years for the maintenance of our office in King's Cross London, for air-conditioning servicing, electrical issues, water safety , and various ad hoc tasks. Marlando and his team have provided a reliable and trustworthy service at all times, and take time to explain options and preventative and safety measures too. An excellent service.
