I uploaded a bank statement on 3 February. Rejected on the 5th, reason given as illegible. Uploaded a clearer scan on the 6th. Rejected on the 9th, reason given as the address does not match. It does match. It is the same address on the account and on the licence they had already accepted. On the 12th somebody in chat said the rejection had been an error and reinstated it. Nobody explained the error and nothing came in writing.

Emailed about a deposit bonus that never credited. Three days later a reply said the offer required a minimum of £25 and mine was £20. Which is true, and which the email that sent me the offer did not say. That email said deposit today and get 50 per cent extra, with a button. The £25 condition was behind the button, in a table, seven rows down.

the bit that annoys me is the emails

the bit that annoys me is the emails. i set a time out for two weeks, which was easy enough to do, credit where its due. during those two weeks i got four emails. new games, a tournament, a reload offer and a we miss you one on the last day. i know theyre allowed to. i just think if somebody presses the button marked stop, maybe stop.
