STAY AWAY - Confirmed fraud!

Ordered: November 15, 2024
Product: IWC bracelet (€263.90)

What happened:
- Claimed product was "shipped with DHL Express"
- Promised tracking "in 1-2 days"
- After I contacted manufacturer Vagenari, Vauger ADMITTED IN WRITING the product was never in stock - Promised refund on Nov 20 - never received
- Lied about everything

I have filed:
- Criminal complaint with Italian Police (Polizia Postale)
- Mastercard chargeback
- Report to Swiss authorities

This is not a delay - this is FRAUD. They sell products they don't have.

Scam , beware

Order was paid on 11 August by credit card. Order never arrived.
I sent several email enquiries to the official email address they have online , the address does not exist and it always bounces back saying "The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. "
I called the telephone number they have for support , the number does not exist.
Pure scam.
