Due to problem with local courier package was not delivered (Package was marked as too demaged to deliver). I wrote few messages, but I did not get any response from Vaulckets

Ordered a millennium falcon shaped computer mouse on December 7th, 2025 as a gift for my husband on Christmas. Advertisement said delivery in 5-8 days. I kept track of the shipment and it showed a label was made in China, but there was no movement. A week before Christmas I reached out to them with no response. After several attempts to reach them I notified PayPal and was waiting for resolution while they reached out to Vaulckets. Someone from Vaulckets finally responded to my email saying the package was lost and they’re resending it with a partial refund and a new tracking number would be sent to me the next day, this was on January 3rd. It’s now January 23rd and after me sending several follow up messages still have not heard back. No partial refund, no new shipment. No responses to any of my messages. I’ve left messages on the phone number PayPal provided to get a hold of them. Please do not purchase anything from them. It’s a scam!

Ordered millennium falcon mouse as a Christmas gift. Sent several chasing emails as the time drew nearer. They refunded the expedited delivery fee and assured me that it was coming.
Received on the 14th Jan (I had to buy another Christmas gift) packaged in a slightly padded envelope.
When opened, it was broken in several places - have emailed demanding a refund but unsurprisingly, have received no response.
DO NOT GIVE THESE PROPLE YOUR MONEY! IT’S A SCAM SITE!

I’m really disappointed. The item was meant to be a Christmas gift for my husband. I emailed and they said that the senders have lost the package so they will send another. I ordered on the 16th Dec and still nothing. I’ve emailed 2 more times with no response. I think about these people that take advantage of others. It’s really sad. I wouldn’t like to be the one who has this company on my resume.

If I could rate zero I would. Ordered a Millenium Falcon mouse on 10th Dec. Got a charge back from my bank as nothing received - this was an Xmas gift. My order arrived today, completely non functioning and with several bits broken off it. Cheap and flimsy plastic item barely worth 35p let alone £35. Shipped from China not US as stated on website. Absolute SCAM - do not order!

They are easy to ask you surcharge to deliver express.They cash and ship by boat. Rip off!

No order has arrivederci and they don't refund money, scam site, terribile, don't buy from them

Bought something as a present on 10 of december today i still dont have a clue where the goods are

Dont buy, they Will cheat you assuring fast delivery by order surcharge in 5 days and they Will hold the order 16 days before shop. At today i havent received anything After 25 days from order.horrible company,stays away.

I purchased two items on 12/4/25 and still have not received these "Christmas" gifts and it's a month later...tracking shows that they came from China and just now have cleared customs. Who knows if I'll ever receive them. Very frustrated.

So far so bad, company willing to take your money but not willing to answer emails or send what you have paid for, checked with my bank and they even set my payment up as a recurring payment! Listing stated items would be sent by expedited tracked delivery but 5 days later, no despatch email, no tracking sent and three emails all ignored.
Update: I contacted them on their website, they sent me a cut and paste reply about delays, I again requested a refund as no tracking information has been sent and they just ignored the message.
