"I had an incredibly frustrating experience with VaultPay. They allow you to deposit and convert your Fiat currency into Crypto, but when it comes to withdrawing your own funds, they block the transaction with nonsense excuses like 'not available in your region' or 'address not whitelisted.'
This is logically flawed—if my region were restricted, why was I allowed to use the conversion service in the first place? My funds are now stuck in the digital wallet with no way to withdraw them or even revert them to Fiat. All other major platforms work perfectly in Tunisia, so their 'regional restriction' claim is just a pretext to hold user funds.
Customer support is non-existent or unhelpful. Avoid this platform unless you want your money to be held hostage. Absolute nonsense and a total waste of time."

SCAM! AVOID!!.
I made a €50 deposit to the EUR account they provided. It has now been 3 months and the money has still not been credited to my account, even though I sent them the payment receipt and they confirmed that the payment was approved my balance still remains at €0. On top of that, they closed the EUR account and have stopped responding to my support tickets and emails. They also refuse to refund the missing funds.
This kind of behavior should not be allowed.

This company does not have a portal for clients to view how much is owed.

They respond quickly to inquires, but it's inconvenient to have to continuously reach out.

BEWARE - Financing for heat pump and tankless water heater from Ontario Smart Energy for a whooping 20K through VaultPay. Initial interest rate was 3.99% for one year. Just received my renewal contract at a rate of 11.99%. Not something a retired pensioner will ever be able to pay off.

They are scammers. Never ever get a loan from them. Customer service is unprofessional, rates are high. They are part of scam for Provincial Smart Home.

I had a terrible experience with this service. After making a payment, I received nothing in return. They make it appear as though your withdrawal or transaction was successful, but the money never arrives. I tried to contact support multiple times — no reply, no follow-up, nothing at all.

This is not just bad service, it's deceptive. I expected transparency and at least some level of accountability. Sadly, I got none. I cannot recommend this service to anyone.
