Absolute trash. All marketing no quality.
The lingerie and swim wear that I ordered for my partner arrived in cheap compressed Chinese packaging, the sizing far off and the original product I wanted couldn’t be delivered. Customer service refuses any refunds and fails to deal with the matter to any extent. Might as well not have that department. Would not recommend to anyone. Shameful.

Received the two harnesses I ordered and one of them had two missing buckles and therefore it couldn’t be worn. They have the worst customer service, no responses and after 2-3 months the issue has not been resolved. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ordering from this company.

SCAM / TERRIBLE QUALITY
Do not purchase from Vavana. Absolute scam, took over 4 months for the product to arrive. It was actually from "Ali Express" so they obviously purchased it from there and sold as their own.
Asked for a refund multiple times as item is very poor quality and paid over $80USD for the product. Customer service team never replies to emails.
Policy on website says if item is not delivered within 35 business days you will get a full refund. 4 months gone and still waiting for my refund.
DO NOT purchase from Vavana. Absolute waste of money.
