If I could do minus stars I wouod I am gobsmacked at the arrogance and complete and brazen lies and shady operations they operate a business with. All I was trying to do was cash out my winnings and I ended up spending all day talking to useless agent after agent with no explanation of th the hold up until they obviously became sick ofbme asking as they decided that I needed to send them.prood of ownership of my crypto wallet?? What??
Once I had a transcript I sent it to them and theb I receive an email svk sayig they didn't request documents from me?? What?? Drop no cash out 15 hours later.
I leave it for a few hours, what do I see when I check? My cash out was declined and the balance is nowhere to be seen.
Apparently I canceled it myself according up them.. There is no talking sense to then despite my evidence to the conrratg including transcripts, screenshors and game history.
200 bucks just vanishing cos they decided they didn't want to pay me and I don't know what I did or why this has happened but it's been an awful experience.. DONT USE THEM
Disgusting ethics and surely there is laws being openly and indiscriminate broken here.
If anyone can help wiry how I can get them investigated please comment on what and where to do this.
