Do not buy from them
Do not buy from this company. Their website says it takes 4-6 days to get your product. It took over a month to get it. I bought a silk cap to sleep and the elastic on the back is very loose. It comes off within 2 minutes of laying still. I have sent them 6 emails in 3 weeks asking to return the item with no answer. They did send me a link to leave them a review on Trusted pilot so here I am.
$79 going to the trash

The order I placed never arrived :-( furthermore, in spite of several emails, I received no answers on where it is, what are the next steps, etc. I consider this site a scam and kindly advise all customers to stay far away from it!

Many delays very slow responses bad tracking understand delay due to tariffs but takes ages to contact me about any updates and no store credit offered despite huge delay of over a month bad delivery estimates especially for such an expensive product
Wrong shipping status, unsatisfactory item refund/exchanbe
I got an email that my order had shipped, but then several days later, I got a second an email that a product was out of stock from my order (so my order had NOT shipped and the first email was a lie).
The second email asked if I wanted a refund or exchange, and I wanted to exchange, but the email did not clearly specify which product was out of order, which I needed to know to decide what item I wanted exchanged for it.
I replied back to the second email asking for clarification on which product was out of stock. The reply to this email clarified which item was out of stock, but they issued me a refund immediately rather than making good on the promise of being able to exchange the item. When I replied back and expressed my disappointment to have not been able to exchange the product, they told me I could just place a new order, but a new order would require me to pay shipping again.
Your products are lovely, but overall, the shipping and customer service experience has been subpar.
CAUTION BEFORE ORDERING
CAUTION BEFORE ORDERING. I ordered pillowcases on 08/06/24, with the 5-7 day delivery. It is now the 1st of September, and my order remains outstanding. My attempts to secure a response from the company have been unsuccessful because they communicate in a language I don't uderstand, which is definitely not the language presented the webpage that I used to place the order. I am beginning to question the business' legitimacy.

I ordered Vazasilk bonnet in teal. It is a beautiful double layered blue that is made well. The thing is from tip(crown of the head) to back at the bottom where the elastic is they could have made it an inch or two longer. It doesn't leave much room to get to the bottom of the head, especially if you have thicker or longer hair. For the price like I said it could have been roomier. They went cheap as far as the size so they don't have to use as much silk. An inch or two would have made all the difference. It's for a smaller head with fine short hair. It's unfortunate. I would recommend that they have a regular size and a large with the extra two inches that would make all the difference.
