Watch was bought for me as a 40th gift on around end of Nov 2022. Loved the look of the watch since seeing it. however 2 months after receiving it and only wearing it a handfull of times the chrono mechanism stopped working, reached out to customer service numerous times and zero response, then 2 weeks ago, the battery seems to have died, tried reaching out again, still no response... seems customer service isnt an important thing for them. Very disappointed with the company for their lax customer service and at least in my case seemingly poor quality build.

Great looking watches Quality leather strap. However the strap is too short and the buckle pin too flimsy. Put those right and you would get 5stars. One of my watches fastens on the third hole the other won't go further than the second meaning it's to lose and I have to push it further up my arm

I have two Vazon watches and they are top notch. Unfortunately let down by the length of the straps which need to be an inch longer with a stronger buckle pin. One of my watches will with an effort slip into the third hole. The second only fits into the second hole. In both cases I have had to remove the second leather loops.

I have the vazon Bay and Ainsdale watches and love them both, the straps are of very good quality and the watches are elegant. Fantastic watches at a great price.

To be honest I’ve had the worst experience ever from your company , I received a watch last Saturday from your selves , however I’ve been trying to return ever since then , I’ve sent 8-10 emails not one answer off anyone at all , I’ve had a family bereavement and no longer want the watch , and nobody has had the decency to reply to any emails , my anxiety is through the roof about this , the returns label was taken off the invoice , so no way of returning, I will make sure that this issue will be know , on any social media and other formats! about your company on every single format I can find … disgusting service

Love the watch.. quick delivery and excellent Comms.. I’ve changed the strap as it was a bit to short for me … but that’s just me.. would I buy one again.. well given I’ve got two now yeah I would, I love the style of them 👍🏻

Had an issue with the chronograph hand not parking at 12’o’ clock.
Emailed company, no reply.

Strap broke after 3 wears. Got in touch with Vazon who said they'd send out a replacement. 2 weeks later and still nothing received. Even with the Royal Mail strike I would have expected the replacement by now. No reply to email or instant chat on their website.

On a more positive note, the watch is good quality.

I love this watch! Well done! I've recently been highly attracted to analog watches. I used to have an apple watch, but there's nothing like seeing and hearing the mechanics of an analog watch ticking.

Very Happy with my new Vazon Bay. It looks great with an interesting and striking design. The case is solid and very well made and finished. My favorite part of the watch is the dial which has nice contrast and crisp details. My watch arrived quickly in a nicely branded box. A very nice quality watch at a very reasonable price.

Received very quickly my Vazon Sandracer watch. Very happy with the styling and the clear watch face. My only concern is it appears to run slightly fast, possibly as much as between 1 & mins a day ! also when i reset the second hand it actually stops 1 second past the 12 ! is this the same on all examples or is there a fault with mine. Shame as l do actually enjoy wearing the watch

Fantastic looking watch, completely caught my eye the moment I set eyes on it. The quality and feel are very high standard as claimed by the brand.

I liked the look of this watch when I first saw it on Facebook so I took the plunge and ordered it ,I was not disappointed every bit as good as the picture and more a good size and solid ,the strap is a bit meagre but I normally order a different strap when I buy a new watch ,all in all a great watch.

Stunning looking watch. Very quick delivery.. had to replace the strap as it’s a bit too small for my wrist other than that build quality is great… oh have I mentioned it looks stunning..

I've been unable to receive a reply regarding buying a replacement strap. I've tried several means of communication (Live Chat, email, social media) without any luck. I love the watch however the aftercare seems non-existent. A real shame.

- It's a great-looking chunky watch.
- Pretty exclusive (not many out there)
- The presentation box was beautifully designed (would make a nice gift)
- Good value for money
- Fast delivery

Con's
- The strap is a bit short
- The warranty card was missing a serial number

Even better than pictures! Fantastic watch, perfect fit for smaller wrist and still can’t believe the price. Excellent all round service can’t recommend highly enough
