This is hands down the worst online casino I've ever dealt with. No decent promotions or bonuses at all, zero real wins no matter how much you play, and when it comes to withdrawals? They wanted 100 dollars to cash out I've played on many casino sites never wanted cash to cash out winnings

I made two deposits via Vodafone Cash (1000 EGP and 200 EGP) and the money was deducted from my account, but Avabet did NOT credit the balance for 5 days. I contacted support many times and they kept ignoring my issue. This looks like a serious payment problem and possibly a scam.

If this is not resolved immediately, I will escalate this to Vodafone Cash as a fraudulent merchant and to Vivaro/VBet compliance. I want my funds credited or refunded.

They voided my winning bets without a valid reason.

They returned only my stakes even when my bets were clearly winners.

They only accept losing bets and cancel winning ones to avoid payouts.

They hide behind fake excuses like "wrong odds" after games are finished.

waited 2 hours to recieve my deposit, just got told "processing no ya dear" poor english communication zero customer service and disgusting treatment when i have sent $500 and dont know whats happening

So last week I wrote a review and I was still a little off put by how long it took for them to verify my account but since then less than a week later I cashed out again on my free bonus that they give you everyday and the money was in my account less than 24 hours after I requested it which is awesome. One of the fastest withdrawals that I've seen other than the ones that are instant. So far after The little hiccup in verification this casino has been great! I should also mention that they've cashed me out twice and I have never deposited I've only won with the free bonus that they give you if that's not an incentive to try out a place I don't know what is of course I will be depositing now because I feel comfortable knowing that they will pay me if I win.

I deposited 400 ftn and got welcome bonus. Everything was good i was playing wimbledon 2023 and wagering bonus requirements also. And won around 1000 ftn. Afyer that they made me low limits. Abd it become harder towager requirements and not to loose my money because of it. But i not gave up and continue wager bonus with low limits. And when left 10% of requirement they just block my account and asked videoselfie. I did. Now they checking or what i dont know. But interesting is another. Deadline of wagering requirement is 10th july. 2 days left. If i will not do they requirements until this date they will make zero my balance. Dont trust this company. They are big scammers. Everyone who wrote about them is right. They blocked speccially my account because evenn with low limits i wagering bonus requirements. Now they just bloxked me to not give me money...

If you keep losing they will increase your limits hoping that you drop more.
Once you win they will limit you to 1$ max.

verified my ID & address. played a bit, had some bad luck, lost. refilled my acc and suddenly they want source of funds - alright fairs I send them my betslips which I won somewhere else and which are my source of income. they want something with my name? alright I send them transactions to my bank account. Nope also not working. They always want something else, and contradict themselves with replies that state something else than the previous one. It is an actual joke. Then they request screenshots from my transaction (sofort) to their site, WHICH I SENT THEM 10 MAILS AGO AND GOT THE REPLY IT WAS VERIFIED LOL, and I tell him "yo man I alrdy sent this but here u go" and he wants a transaction that's older than 6 months ???? Ive bee on the site for a few weeks? It's the dumbest most ridiculous process ever and they clearly want you to get tired and lose ur balance. DONT deposit

Now they take their sweet time and only reply once every 1-2 weeks and after waiting for ages the reply doesn't even REMOTELY make sense and they ask for something I SENT THEM AGAIN

so yeah got my remaining funds sent my way, acc closed, not allowed to open an acc on any "vivaro ltd." site (which I dont intend to lol), so at least no headache anymore. but damn that was painful, these support people were so useless, literally as soon as not the same person as before replied I got sent old copy pastas again and it felt like all my progress vanished into thin air. only by CALLING them I managed to even find out about the option to close my account, before that I was told that I straight up wont get stuff if I dont send them proof of ressource of funds (WHICH I EVEN DID I REALLY REALLY TRIED BUT THEY ONLY ACCEPT IT WHEN U RECEIVE 5K NETTO / MONTH OR SOMETHING ON A REGULAR BASIS?
