We begin with listening to you in the initial conversation and arrange a meeting to take place in your own home to talk about your care needs. We work in partnership with you and we are very flexible as we work to meet your needs. The care we provide can vary from 30 minutes to an hour or even more depending on your needs, be it in the morning, afternoon (lunch) or evening (tea or bedtime). We are also available to provide 24-hour care within your home. The duties we do include: domestic care, personal care, shopping, companionship and respite care just to mention a few. VBS have provided a care service for a relative for sometime. All I can say is that Mike gets his recruitment very right. All of the carers are diligent, kind & patient. They will raise concerns when needed and have noticed very early when he is unwell.
