Works but needs improvement
It's not a scam, but certainly delayed communication is there.
Orders are not instantly delivered after payment, there seems to be manual process involved.
The card seems to be used before me, since for verification on one website I was prompted that someone else has used the card before me!
I will keep an eye over the card, if it stops working anytime or credentials change, I will update my review..

You may be surprised to be rated 1 star?
It is your service that rates you. I sent you three messages to claim the credit card link ($20) that I bought from you to view my transactions with a merchant site that stole $16 from me, but no response from you. If I had the link in the beginning, I would have claimed my stolen money sooner.
