Recurring charges
I tried this service out for one day and signed up for a one month subscription.
I didn’t ask for recurring payments and therefore opened a PayPal case to request a cancellation and money back.
Apparently that’s too much to ask, even though I’ve literally only used their service ONE time for ONE exam.
Just cancel my subscription and keep the first $20. Give me back the recurring fee. Then we’re good.
