Contractors brilliant internet company useless

Flynn and sajid came to me today to fix the problem of no internet for five days and they did in minutes I wasn’t even here but they waited just to be sure and what fantastic lads they are I appreciate everything they did quick and efficiently I couldn’t ask for more
As for you fiber well I’m not happy with them first it takes me 45 minutes to get though to them which is EVERY phone call which I have made plenty trying to get this fixed
Second when I get though after 45min I get cut off and have to start again
Thirdly they have been not help what so ever they didn’t book the appointment properly so that was a day wasted so had to wait another day and it has taken me five days to get this sorted which is ridicules
And as for the app well that is a total waste of of time I tried to get help on there I got no where tried to book and appointment on there and again got no where so that is no good what so ever
The only good thing that has happened with all of this is the lads that cam to fix the problem they where brilliant 10/10 thanks lads

Great service

Matthew and Wilkinson arrived to assist me with my broadband issues. They arrived early and were knowledgeable and conscientious in their approach. They resolved the issue through methodical troubleshooting and resolved the issue for me. A great team.

Gerald (Bradford Engineer) got my internet back up and running really quickly. Some dirt got in the connector in the box under the street so he cleaned it and is securing the box so that it doesn't happen again.

Today Sajid and Mdu attended my…

Today Sajid and Mdu attended my property. I had 10-12 hours drop in wifi since February and no wifi at all for 12 days. Youfibre failed me on so many levels. Sajid and Mdu fixed the problem in 5 minutes and were so knowledgeable and helpful. I could not rate Sajid and Mdu higher!! Excellent members of staff, kind, professional and knew exactly how to fix my fault. 5✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️ AMAZING!!!!! VEA✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

No internet for 5 days

Came in to fix my internet issue which I was having since Wednesday last week. I had no internet for 5 days!
I was very disappointed that it took so long to fix our internet connection and why they couldn’t fix it sooner as I work from home and maxed out mine & husband mobile data!
However when they did eventually come 5 days later they fixed my issue quite quickly, it’s a shame that it took 5 days to do that!
