My internet was down due to a car…

My internet was down due to a car crashing into the wood pole, snapping it in half outside my house after a police car chase. The engineers from VEA telecoms were on site within 48 hours and the same day that the highway engineers came to reinstate the new 5.6m pole. Unfortunately due to safety issue with scaffolding the reconnection couldn’t happen that day but they came back at their earliest opportunity. Matthew and Wilkinson were both polite and understanding. They kept me updated on the day and even repositioned the new cable to a better position for me, even though it was a bit more work for them. They are a credit to the company. Well done and thank you.

Great service

Stephan and Sajid came this morning to rectify an incorrect installation. They were polite and friendly. They explained what they needed to do and ensured that I was happy with it. Once completed Sajid checked that the WIFI connection had not been compromised. Really good service. Thank you 😊
