Been trying for weeks to get my money back for my return. Do not buy here!

I've ordered a sage green dress and it looks perfect. I've tried it as soon as i got the shipment and it was too good. I'm happy and i'll be ordering more from this website. To be honest, i was afraid whether i'm going to get the dress properly or not, but now that i've got it, i would surely recommend this to my friends as well.

Do not order from this company. Ordered an item needed for a specific date. Not arriving on time… even paid expedited shipping to ensure delivery. Wish I had seen the other reviews stating the exact same issues. Now I’m struggling to find a replacement.

The dress was extremely high quality and absolutely beautiful. Fit just like it should. I paid for expedited shipping and got it within a week( in the middle of nowhere america) yes it took awhile to ship but once it sent it was here quick. Overall extremely satisfied with the dress and the company

I was hesitant from ordering after reading some of the other reviews but the dress was gorgeous and I kept on coming back to it after days of looking. I'd ordered it on March 31 and received it on April 11th. I got worried when I didn't receive status on the shipping but that email came the day after receiving the dress in the mail. The dress is as pictured and the quality of the material and work is really good. The only thing is sizing. For reference: I wear 34 B, size 4, small (US size), I'm 5'3" and 122 lbs. I ordered size 8, hoping that I can alter it down to fit but I'm having a hard time zipping it up all the way. The dress looks amazing on and I'm hoping that with some work, I will be able to fit into by my event in November.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. First, I paid $40 for expedited shipping. The dress didn't even ship until 8 days later. Second, when I got the dress it was not at all like it was pictured quality wise. Loose strings were hanging from it, you could see right through it, the breast area had giant circle pads that you could see right through. Overall, it was terrible. I read the reviews on trying to initiate a return and was reading the company doesn't respond when requesting a refund and they don't pay return shipping. I will never buy from this place again and I don't recommend others to shop here either.

dress came in tightly wrapped and secured! it came with its own hoop skirt as well!I love the quality. ALSO SHIPPING WAS TWO WEEKS! Quick and easy.

I am not one to usually write reviews but Veaul has taken $570, with no response, no items, and no refund!

I have made an order with Veaul on 20 Jan 2023 however, I later realised they were not able to send my order until after Chinese new Year (Feb) of which by then was too late.
Therefore I had emailed 3 times to ask to cancel.
They still sent the item regardless. nevertheless, the items is returned back to them. and they are not responding nor refunding me the money! I have sent at least 4 emails and tries to call.
I am still awaiting my $570 and I feel this is not just poor customer service, but purposefully 1. sending the parcel out in the first place even having emailed 3 times and 2. Not responding at all now.

I ordered my wedding dress from you. You say that you would ship it within 72 hours. It has not been shipped yet. My wedding is in a few days, and I need to get the dress before I travel. I tried to send you many emails, but no replies yet.

Ordered on 16th februari, received on 1st of March. Communicated via chat twice and always received immediate and correct information.
Quality of the promdress is great, very detailed and well made. We are very happy to have ordered with Veaul. We are located in Belgium.

I’m so sorry to read all the bad reviews because my experience was great! My custom made dress came in a reasonable amount of time, was vacuum packed/sealed, and it fit my daughter perfectly. It even included the hoop skirt for underneath. I’m happy with my purchase and experience.

I was very reluctant to purchase after reading so many bad reviews, but decided to take a chance, and pais using paypal. I ordered a dress that was already in stock and available to be shipped in 24H.
I ordered on January 30 and received the dress in France on Feb 13, using the regular shipping, not express.

Sizes don’t fit. Return shipment expensive. Chinese custom charged import duty. I lost € 450 in total.

I ordered a purse on December 27th through Veaul, it’s now February 9th and the item still has not shipped. SHIPPING ALONE COST $25. Ive reached out twice now regarding my order and no one has gotten back to me. Don’t bother with this company it’s a joke and a scam.

shipping was fast, dress was good quality, and it fit amazing!

Their customer service department DOES NOT EXIST! Bought shoes in September 2022 and after several attempts various ways to contact customer service, I am finally giving up. They do not respond to anything! DO NOT BUY unless you are ABSOLUTELY SURE you are keeping what you buy!

Prom Dress!
Dress fit great! Measurements were true to size. My daughter is 5'10 and size 2 fit her perfectly with enough to still wear a small heel. For the price this dress is a steal! Fast delivery and great packaging! I will be ordering again!

Beautiful dress! , color and design just like the picture, Good quality, you do not need to wear a bra because it has cups inside, great solutiion for the open back straps.
It is a little long for me but i am only 1.60cm.
Count 2 weeks for delivery , very good track and trace system.
I will for sure use this site again.
