Aggressive and unprofessional behaviour. Don't be fooled by these people.
This company has been referred to us by someone we trust so we got their services. To our surprised the person we are dealing with who came to our house wearing their company uniform and using their company van is not part of their company. The lady owner told us that he is the brother of his husband and they just order supplies on his behalf.
We paid in full for the floor and carpet which was a fixed price. Then suddenly they told us that the carpet which we chose is out of stock so we have to choose another one. Then we knew they want us to choose a cheaper one and when we are at the showroom all carpet with the same price as we chose were taken out of display. They were showing us carpets which are half the price. But Leon confirmed to us that whichever new carpet we choose will be the same price. And then suddenly they want us to pay more money. His brother Simon who owns this company was very aggressive and threatened us that he will cancel our order which we have paid for. He even said that he demands me to say sorry for him not to cancel our order. In my opinion no company should threaten customers when they complain about their bad services. This company operates in The Netherlands and they must respect the laws of this country and should have a proper complaints procedure. I never experienced any company who threatened customers just because they cannot get the additional money they are demanding.
We have filed a report to the ACM ConsuWijzer and Fraud helpdesk and they told us that this company are doing things illegal. The fact that our original offer letter has a letterhead of Vechtdalvloeren and when we paid we got another letter from Overijssel vloeren. We agreed on a fixed price and they are demanding for more money. They are even asking more money from my partner behind my back because they think he was easier to deal with. They are very aggressive and unprofessional.
When we told them we are going to leave a review for their bad services the brother Simon because furious! I told him what their doing is a form of scam since his brother misrepresented their company and he allowed it to happen. And today I asked his brother when he will finish our stairs which is supposed to be done a week ago he told me he will let me know because he's busy. After they got the money they treated us as if we owe them something. When they are the one who owes us the services we paid for.
I gave an ultimatum to finish everything on Friday the latest but to no avail. I have reported it to the police and they will be doing investigation. This company has caused so much trouble to us and their prices are actually higher than most companies out there. I even ended up being admitted to the hospital for all the stress and aggression these people have cause us.
I really hope this won't happen to other people anymore. Make sure you deal with the right people and everything they do is legal and according to the laws of this country. Letting Leon use your company uniform, invoice and vehicle is a form of misrepresentation to mislead customers from acquiring your services. I've been waiting for your lawyers to contact me but it seems like your afraid to take legal actions because you know you're wrong. Regardless, your company has been reported and different government services are already going to do the investigation. Good luck!
