Aggressive and unprofessional behaviour. Don't be fooled by these people.

This company has been referred to us by someone we trust so we got their services. To our surprised the person we are dealing with who came to our house wearing their company uniform and using their company van is not part of their company. The lady owner told us that he is the brother of his husband and they just order supplies on his behalf.

We paid in full for the floor and carpet which was a fixed price. Then suddenly they told us that the carpet which we chose is out of stock so we have to choose another one. Then we knew they want us to choose a cheaper one and when we are at the showroom all carpet with the same price as we chose were taken out of display. They were showing us carpets which are half the price. But Leon confirmed to us that whichever new carpet we choose will be the same price. And then suddenly they want us to pay more money. His brother Simon who owns this company was very aggressive and threatened us that he will cancel our order which we have paid for. He even said that he demands me to say sorry for him not to cancel our order. In my opinion no company should threaten customers when they complain about their bad services. This company operates in The Netherlands and they must respect the laws of this country and should have a proper complaints procedure. I never experienced any company who threatened customers just because they cannot get the additional money they are demanding.

We have filed a report to the ACM ConsuWijzer and Fraud helpdesk and they told us that this company are doing things illegal. The fact that our original offer letter has a letterhead of Vechtdalvloeren and when we paid we got another letter from Overijssel vloeren. We agreed on a fixed price and they are demanding for more money. They are even asking more money from my partner behind my back because they think he was easier to deal with. They are very aggressive and unprofessional.

When we told them we are going to leave a review for their bad services the brother Simon because furious! I told him what their doing is a form of scam since his brother misrepresented their company and he allowed it to happen. And today I asked his brother when he will finish our stairs which is supposed to be done a week ago he told me he will let me know because he's busy. After they got the money they treated us as if we owe them something. When they are the one who owes us the services we paid for.

I gave an ultimatum to finish everything on Friday the latest but to no avail. I have reported it to the police and they will be doing investigation. This company has caused so much trouble to us and their prices are actually higher than most companies out there. I even ended up being admitted to the hospital for all the stress and aggression these people have cause us.

I really hope this won't happen to other people anymore. Make sure you deal with the right people and everything they do is legal and according to the laws of this country. Letting Leon use your company uniform, invoice and vehicle is a form of misrepresentation to mislead customers from acquiring your services. I've been waiting for your lawyers to contact me but it seems like your afraid to take legal actions because you know you're wrong. Regardless, your company has been reported and different government services are already going to do the investigation. Good luck!

Bedankt voor jouw review.

Helaas moet ik je teleurstellen, want de gebeurtenissen zijn niet gegaan zoals je in je review beschrijft. Via Maikel, jouw vriend, kwam je in contact met mijn broertje (Leon) en vroeg je hem of hij de vloer bij jullie kon leggen. Leon gaf aan dat dit mogelijk was en verwees je, indien je nog geen vloer had uitgekozen, naar mijn showroom. Samen met Leon hebben jullie een vloer uitgekozen en een prijs afgesproken. Helaas was de gekozen vloer niet op voorraad, waardoor je moest wachten.

Vanaf het begin was de communicatie tussen jou en Leon niet goed. Dit roept de vraag op waarom jullie uiteindelijk toch besloten samen te werken.

Je hebt mij en mijn vrouw lastiggevallen, terwijl jij klant van Leon bent en niet van ons. Ik heb je herhaaldelijk verzocht om jouw problemen rechtstreeks met Leon op te lossen en ons erbuiten te houden. Onze relatie met Leon is op een zakelijke basis (B2B), en jij bent Leon's klant.

Op de avond voor de levering, om 11 uur 's nachts, stuurde je mij onverwachts een WhatsApp-bericht. Paji, het spijt me dit te moeten zeggen, maar je benadering was ongepast en respectloos. Je intimideerde en bedreigde me met juridische stappen zonder eerst op een fatsoenlijke manier contact op te nemen. Daarnaast heb je mijn vrouw bedreigd toen je onze showroom bezocht.

Ik heb vanaf het begin gevraagd om respectvol te communiceren. Als dit niet gebeurt, zie ik mij genoodzaakt om onze samenwerking met Leon te beëindigen. Dit zou betekenen dat jullie samen naar een ander bedrijf moeten zoeken. In mijn 15 jaar ervaring heb ik dit nog nooit meegemaakt. Zelfs met de stukadoor had je problemen. Maikel bevestigde dat jij fel en direct reageert, wat ook tot ruzie tussen jullie heeft geleid. Vind je het dan vreemd dat ik niet op een nette manier reageer op jou?

Ik wil duidelijk maken dat we in Nederland wonen, waar we geleerd hebben om respectvol en fatsoenlijk met elkaar te communiceren. Pas als dit niet lukt, schakelen we juridische hulp in. Jouw dreigementen en beschuldigingen van oplichting zijn ongegrond en onacceptabel.

Ik hoef mezelf hier niet te bewijzen. Onze vele positieve reviews spreken voor zich. Als je juridische stappen wilt ondernemen, dan is dat jouw keuze. Ik heb alle WhatsApp-gesprekken waarin je mij bedreigt bewaard en zal deze overdragen aan onze jurist.

Ten slotte vind ik dat je je excuses moet aanbieden. Jij bent klant van Leon en niet van ons bedrijf.
