I have had the same experience as everybody else on this platform and they took an unauthorised £26 out of my account in September and October.
This company is running an illegal scam.
I SUGGEST WE TAKE OUT A CORPORATE LEGAL CLASS ACTION AGAINST THESE FRAUDSTERS AND SUE NOT ONLY FOR THE RETURN OF THE LOSS OF MONEY BUT FOR THE DISTRESS CAUSED.

I’m normally pretty good at spotting these kind of scams but Vecticon got me. Same as others, I thought the £1 charge as a 1-time use of upscaling software was about right and missed the very well hidden £26 subscription charge. I’m annoyed but I can afford to lose that £26, others won’t. I actually also feel sorry for anyone who works for or is associated with this low-life shady company, it must be humiliating.

Basically the same problem most of the commenters have noticed, I have to say that with a few emails back and forth I could manage to get my 29€ back, and they tried via email to convert the image I needed and the result received was not working, I think they need to improve the product and their terms and conditions.

Wish I would have looked this company up before I allowed them to make a $1 transaction on my credit card. Technically it works very well to upscale an image but unfortunately, I'm now I'm sitting on hold with my credit card company because after you pay, you're supposed to have the ability to download your image. You can click the download button all day long and nothing happens.

I only paid for a single image, but they also have some sort of subscription program, and apparently it's impossible to cancel. So now I'm sitting here with my credit card company making sure this company is blocked, just in case.

This site is such scam. The vector image was not usable and it signs you up for a monthly subscription somewhere in the fine print. DON'T USE!

Do not use this company. You pay to resize 1 image and in tiny print they tell you will be charged a further £26 unless you cancel your subscription- which you are not told you will signed upto. Terrible customer service. Stay clear

Scam, they say $1 and then charge you $26 a couple of days later saying it's your fault that you've not read the hidden page on their website.

Absolute con absolutely wrong AVOID like the plague, Like peoples reviews below you think your buying an image for £1 but then they scam you out of £26 no confirmation emails NOTHING avoid at all costs.

A Complete Con. The clue is in the name VectiCON. Paid £1 for single image and find £26 taken from my account without authorisation two days later. There was no email confirmation of my purchase and no notification that I had been set up as an "active account' (£26 per month!!). Absolutely furious and would no recommended this company in any way. It is either sharp practice or a complete scam.

Vecticon employs deceptive billing practices and lacks transparency in its billing procedures.

The billing practices should have been more transparent, and there was no indication that a monthly charge of CAD 42 would apply after paying $1 for a single image.

I am deeply disappointed in Vecticon’s practices. This level of dishonesty is not something I expected from a service provider. I want to clarify that I will be escalating this issue to Visa. I refuse to be treated in this manner.

My message to Veticon to return payment:

I am informing you that I will be escalating Vecticon's deceptive billing practices to Visa. I just wanted to let you know that this is not a matter to be taken lightly.

Veticon lacks transparency in billing and uses the lure of $1 to mislead customers into continuous monthly billing.

I just wanted to let you know that you can return the CAD 42 to my account before I escalate this matter further.

We paid $1 to download 1 vector file.
It triggered a 2-day free trial without having an account, which is impossible to cancel.

A few days later, I got a fraud alert on my card that they had attempted to charge $30. Going into my account, the trial was nowhere to be found, and they had attempted to charge my account twice without any notice.

Predatory is one thing, but this service is straight-up stealing money from people.

Avoid vecticon co and bubbi app like the plague.

I've been scammed as many others. You think you are buying a single service for 1€ and they charge you with 30€ monthly subscription. I asked them to be refunded and they refused. I canceled my account and I blocked my card since I red that they keep on taking money even when you have unsiscribed. It's so sad that this company feels free to scam people to earn their profits. I hope they spend all the money they are making out of us in medicines.

Same as all signed up for upscaling1 image for £1 then they tried taking £26 for something else which luckily my bank picked up as fraud so declined it

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They charged me twice for a subscription I never signed up for, and I have no idea how they obtained my bank and personal information. Despite reaching out for clarification, they were unhelpful and refused to process a refund, citing their terms and conditions. I suspect they may be associated with other apps I briefly used, but I canceled those immediately. I advise others to be cautious and avoid this company altogether. It feels like a scam!

Read the small print! Automatic subscription after purchase of £26 a month. If you get caught out, you'll need to sign into an account by saying you've forgotten your password and cancel it.

They make it seem like a $1 download and use you CC for a monthly subscription.

Charged £26 without permissions, not notifications or information on any subscriptions whatsoever. This is TOTAL SCAM....

ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR THESE SCAMMERS.

Same story as others, paid $1 for an upscale on an image and suddenly was getting charged $26 for a premium subscription. They can't remove the payment as it is 'clearly stated in their terms'. Read the rest of the reviews DO NOT USE!

paid 1euro as requested and next week they took 30 euros from me. Trash company that should disappear from internet.
