Fist time I’ve collected from the shop, friendly staff, happy to help, great value on what I’d ordered online and also bought more while I was there. Saved postage/courier costs and used it for diesel instead. Will definitely go to the shop again now I know where it is.

Looking for a 6-24 scope for my brocock. Saw this on vector air website. Came well packaged as usual. The scope is very clear and bright. Love the dot instead of a crosshair.

I have numerous airguns but the Reximex Lieva caught my eye ....I searched the internet, as we all do these days, and Vector Air popped up with the best price...beating all others by £45. I placed my order on line, very easy. Picked it up this afternoon.... VERY happy.. they also gave me 25% off a new scope because I purchased the rifle....AND 'reward points' which saved me £5 off a tin of pellets. SO.....I saved £97 in total.... service in the shop was awesome too. I'LL BE BACK :-)

Bought a few guns now from Vector Air, (thanks to Andy by the way for relieving my bank balance) and I couldn't be happier with the service or advice they give. My latest purchase over Christmas was probably my most expensive but on an unbeatable offer and as soon as the shop opened I did the 160 mile round trip to collect to be told my order hadn't been processed yet (my fault because I didn't wait for a confirmation Email). After explaining how far I'd travelled I was told to go grab a McDonald's and come back in an hour which I did and they had everything ready so I could get on my way and I'm sure that this is the level of customer service they constantly deliver so thanks to all the staff who just do a great job.

Because the pellets are cheaper than Ebay and amazon.

I ordered the Vector Optics Taurus GEN2 4-32x56 FFP 34mm Scope (SCFF-34), which was posted al all appeared ok. The box was a bit damaged, but thought it was just Royal Mail. Likewise opening it up the instructions were torn. So I checked the scope Reticle and all appeared ok. Set the scope up and went to the range only to find I couldn’t move the Elevation down past a certain point. So I realised then that someone had already set the Zero stop and the new scope wasn’t new but more likely been used and returned. I then checked carefully over the scope and could see some marks that I thought were caused by the bikini covers, but weren’t. And to top it off the Sunshade honeycomb was damaged. I emailed Vector Air straight away with photos, and received a curt reply saying the scope was new off the shelf. Not an apology or any attempt to rectify the situation. Zero customer care at all. You only ever find out how good a company is when something goes wrong and then how they deal with it, and Vector Air have been awful. Poor communication, no apology and no solution. Very short and abrupt emails and quite rude. They don’t answer the phone, and are faceless behind the emails. Wouldn’t recommend as I’m also out of pocket on return postage. The only positive was the rime it took to refund.

Really fast delivery. Called by the driver 30 minutes before arrival and smooth transaction. Always a pleasure to deal with this company

Recently visited Vector Air to purchase a replica Smith & Weson Schofield revolvet.
Everyone one was polite and knowledgeable of their products allowed me to view all the difference options stylaescand finishes the Schofield came in with no pressure to buy.
Once I made my decision the revolver was checked and tested prior to handover and a quck run through of the CO2 was offered as new to this type of spec.
All in all a excellent experiancebin store and have no problem recommending Vector Air will definitely be using their services again.
