FRAUDULENT SITE: It appears to be a complete fraud - they didn’t deliver the product, provide very sketchy answers and have not refunded for over 3 weeks. Zero accountability- zero trust! Avoid them like the plague!

Do not use this company. They don’t tell you that you have to pay the import tax and their oils are massively watered down/weak. I am shocked at how bad the finished product was once mixed. I will never again use this company. Rubbish

Stay away from this company, they have hidden remittance fees that can total several hundred dollars from FedEx. Like most of the essential oil companies that come out of India you must approach with caution.

I had placed an order for vanilla fragrance oil vide order no.V125115 which was delivered on 24th Jan'26 . It was found the bottle is leaking. Concern was raised with pictures as still drop was found oozing and imprint of leakage on the table. Ms Sneha from Customer care team asked me to weight the bottle and as the weight was ok, Sneha asked me to transfer the content in some other LOCAL BOTTLE at home. I requested her for replacement OR provide me an empty bottle which she flatly refused. Is this a quality procedure?? I fail to understand the resolution provided. They say say they are ISO certified. The ISO certification must issue a NC (NON COMPLIANCE) against this unruly so called resolution.

They are Providing a best grade of essential oils. I am really happy with their products.

Do not buy from them worst company ever to dealt with. Sent me wrong order first now don’t want to send right order total fraud going on.

Overall a great experience—quality products, timely delivery, and helpful customer support. Will order again soon!

Very slow delivery, no contact at all about the delay. Order was place 9th October. Delivery estimate on the website is 5-8 days. But after no contact for 20 days it was up to me to chase the order. Order was finally delivered on 6th Nov. after waiting 28 days.

Also this is a company based in India and shipping from India posing as a UK company. Hence the long delivery charges and the import duties you will have to pay too!

The customer service team was very helpful when I had questions about product usage and blends.

I ordered versagel and it came with insect in it and no refund no making up nothing. No reply to mails at all. It's already more than a month. They just find an excuse to make the time go and no action.

Placed an ordered on October the 10th. The order has never been dispatched. I reached out to ask update via email and via website, no answer given.

Very unprofessional, I will ask my bank to revert the payment.

Edit: customer service finally replied to my email after two weeks, saying that the delay is due to festive holidays.
It's unacceptable that customers are not made aware of such delays when placing orders. Not even an automatic email informing about the delays.

It's been nearly 20 days since I placed my order now, I requested a full refund for the second time as my first refund request was ignored.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this company.

I’ve never experienced such poor communication — absolutely no replies on WhatsApp or any other channel. If you don’t have capable people to address customer concerns, why even keep a chat option?

I purchased 3 kg of Wild Lavender fragrance oil, which is clearly mentioned as suitable for candle making. I followed the instructions exactly — used a 6% fragrance load — and the result was terrible. The entire candle burns along with the wax, making it completely unusable. I dont have an option here to upload the pictures, Otherwise I would have with proof. But I have shared the same in their Whatsapp but no response at all, I dont know who this Supriya or Sneha is , they come to the chat , introduce them and vanishes like they have not existed. Such a terrible customer service.
I tried reaching out multiple times to clarify if your wicks are soy-coated and also asked about an issue with your payment gateway — still no response at all.
Is this what you expect from your customers? Just pay and stay quiet? This level of service is unacceptable. You seriously need to improve your communication and product support.

I regret buying the civet essential oil from Vida Oils. The product smells absolutely terrible – like raw feces, harsh and nauseating, with no resemblance to the refined animalic note that real civet should have. This is not suitable for perfumery at all and feels like a misleading product. A complete waste of money. Buyers beware!

Ordered lemongrass essential oil 500 gm bottle but veda oils sent some artificially scented mineral oil totally different smelling from genuine lemongrass oil. My order ID V111446 order date 15 September 2025.
Don't order from these fraud and cheaters in future though I lost my hard earned money this time.

Misleading “100% Natural” Claim – Completely Synthetic Products

I purchased Saffron Essential Oil, Hibiscus Essential Oil, Oceanic Mist Fragrance Oil, and Oudh Twist Fragrance Oil from VedaOils (Order No. #105488, 03 Aug 2025) for Rs. 1738.88. The Saffron Essential Oil and Oudh Twist Fragrance Oil are 100% synthetic, with no trace of the real ingredients. The saffron oil smells purely chemical, and the Oudh oil smells nothing like real Oud (I own genuine Oud and can tell the difference).

They advertise their products as “100% Pure & Natural,” which is completely false and misleading. Two bottles are opened (tested) and two are still sealed. I am now fighting for a refund.

If you value genuine natural products, do not buy from VedaOils. They are misrepresenting their goods and engaging in false advertising.

ESSENTIAL OILS ADULTERATED. HEALTH RISK!
Frankincense essential oil is adulterated, when mixed with alcohol denat 96° gets cloudy, even the smell doesn't match with Boswellia Carterii,Sacra or Serrata. NEVER HAPPENED WITH OTHER BRANDS
Also the Patchouli eswential oil still asking where is the Patchouli, tjink they tagged another substance and don't know what it is.

THE MOST DISTURBING THING IS THAT THEY ELIMINATED MY REVIEWS FROM HIS MAIN WEBSITE, AND ONLY APPEARS GOOD REVIEWS. THEY ARE TOTAL SCAM

THE ACTUAL ANSWER IS GENERIC, AND I CAN CONFIRM THAT IT'S NOT BOSWELLIA WHAT YOU SENT, AND PATCHOULI MIXED WITH MOTOR OIL

Do not buy from here, I order 7 days ago I paid 3000₹ and after 1 week they just pack not even dispatch just saying daily that I will do I will do... My ₹3000 waste

I placed an order with Veda Oils earlier today but had a change of heart as I wasn't quite sure about the taxation details for deliveries to Australia. Veda Oils responded swiftly and professionally, cancelling the order and issuing a refund without delay. I truly appreciate their prompt customer service. If I’m able to resolve the tax-related concerns, I’ll gladly be back to do business with them again.

Please DO NOT BUY from Veda oils. Its only liquid mineral oil with strong synthetic fragrance and nothing else. Nothing is genuine or natural, all products are purely synthetic.
