Warning- please beware of this customer…
Warning- please beware of this customer very unfriendly company. We had a very bad experience with them recently. We decided to do a seascope trip with them. First they admitted too many passengers onboard(over 24)and we stayed squeezed for over 30 minutes in a narrow cabin. My husband couldn’t fit in so he stayed up on the upper deck during the whole trip. Second myself and my children could hardly breathe as there was not enough oxygen down there. Third their security and safety measures are highly questionable as there was only only person as staff onboard! !! Then when we complained to the manager of the firm she was very rude almost laughing at us and completely denied the fact there was more than 24 acceptable passengers and offered us another trip as a compensation refusing any refund to my husband who couldn’t even fit in the cabin. My advice is just avoid the company as they are rude and their practices questionable , and use another one operating from la faviere going to all of the islands around. Overall the worst experience ever on the cote d’ Azure. Shame on you Iles d’or and le corsiaire!
