Great service and fast shipping to Canada!

Ordered product easily, shipped straight away. Delivered with no problems.

I updated my previous review as the product is a good quality and also a pretty good, if not the best, price/DIM ratio. Unfortunately I only received my parcel about 3.5 weeks after ordering it but it turned out to be the bad service of the delivery company, and Vedhealthcare actually sent me my order once again free of charge - which then arrived within 2-3 days from the UK to Denmark!

Turkey was not among the countries listed for shipping. Despite this, you provided a solution and created a special link for me to purchase. Thank you very much.
I would be very pleased if you added Türkiye to the list of countries where your products can be sold in the future.

Those who are unaware of the procedure for purchasing the product sometimes encounter problems at customs. However, those who obtain a doctor's prescription for these products from Türkiye and provide payment information can easily receive their products. It's that simple.

It arived quickly in Canada and without hassle.

⚠️We had a highly problematic experience with this supplier and would strongly advise caution, especially for resellers.⚠️

First, we purchased K18 hair masks, which later turned out to be non-original goods. This resulted in negative customer reviews, serious issues with Amazon, and reputational damage on our side.

Despite this, we gave the supplier another chance and clearly stated multiple times that we require EU goods with proper CE labeling only. Nevertheless, we received Oral-B Superfloss that was not intended for the EU market (Israeli version), making the products non-compliant and unsellable.

After filing a complaint, the supplier explicitly agreed to a return and refund. We returned the entire shipment at our own expense, paying a significant amount for international shipping. According to DHL, all parcels were delivered on the same day at the same time, and we provided full Proof of Delivery (POD).

Despite this, the supplier now claims the goods were never received, stating the signature was not theirs, and refuses to issue any refund. As a result, we are left without the goods and without the money.

This behavior raises serious concerns regarding reliability, product authenticity, compliance with EU regulations, and post-sale conduct. From our experience, this supplier represents a substantial financial and operational risk for any business customer.

Great company to deal with, good service

The entire process took less than two weeks, from placing the order to home delivery in Romania. All went smooth and without mishap.

I had a really great experience here. Everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with from the start. The therapists actually listened to what was going on and explained things in a way that made sense, which I really appreciated and I could tell they genuinely cared about my progress.

Postage time too long. Ypu need to handle that yourselfs with your postal service, not farm it out to third party. Offer a expedited post service.
One of the containers foil seal was opened when i took off the lid, so that one went in the bin.

Not received my order. No answer for my emails. Very disappointing

Good price and well presented... but there are two problems: the 500mg Lycopene Softgels needlessly, in my opinion, contain Sorbitol, and second, they take an age to arrive. I will use these Lycopene Softgels, but only until I find a supply that's Sorbitol free.

Goods supplied however only one was sent not two as ordered. When I reported this no communication was received acknowledge this, however the second one was received a few days later. It would have been good to know what was happening.
