Awful company.
The front lights gave a bulb error. Not as advertised.
I could not use the rear lights as they did not send the transponders that I had ordered and paid for.
I sent everything back.
THEY THEN CLAIMED I HAD DAMAGED THE LIGHTS AND WOULD NOT REFUND ME ANY OF MY MONEY!
So they had the lights and my money.
I had to go through PayPal to finally get back my money.
BLOOMING AWFULL.

The lights were missing the resistors and this is why the bulb error appeared to which we apologised for. We collected the lights from yourself as you no longer wanted your goods but when inspected by our returns team both the front and rear lights were damaged, scratches on the rear lights and one of the front headlights had a chip on it. We always inspect returns for this reason as goods need to be in a re-sellable condition and on this occasion they were not. As soon as your lights were inspected we notified yourself straight away of the damage and you implied we had damaged the lights, this is not the case, we are an established, reputable company.
We are sorry you feel this way and apologies for any inconvenience caused.

I orderd a set of smoked side indicators for my T5 and was assured they would just pop into existing openings unfortunately the new ones have different wiring that does notmatch
The original ones already fitted..pitty

The mudflaps seem of good quality and they fit very well. I was slightly concerned as I ordered to fit a VW T6i although they were designed for the T6, I understand.

I recently purchased satin black running bars
I recently purchased satin black running bars for my VW transporter6. The paint started to peel from the bars. So I sent pictures to admin to get a response that I should have mudflaps with running bars.! Which I found a great get out clause for veedub. I informed them I’ve owned the van from new purchased from Leighton vans it had running bars on for 4 years no mudflaps no problems. The only reason I changed them was I changed everything on the van from gloss to satin inc wheels wing mirrors rear step badges. I don’t like being ripped off I’ve spent quite a bit of money with them and I’ve raised a lot of tickets for issue related problems. This is the end of the road for me purchasing any other products,when company’s like transporter HQ and offer a far more personal service.

Hello, first of all, we are sorry that you feel this way. We do pride ourselves on great customer service. From the images that you have sent over to our customer support team we can see the paint has come away, however we believe this has been over a period of time and has not just happened by the way the paint has peeled. There can be a number of factors to why your bars are this way, a stone chip, then the water and debris gets under the paint, pressure washing, also to maintain and clean regularly. It is difficult to establish the exact reason to why. We do ask our customers to report any issues as soon as possible as it is easier to resolve, than leave over a period of time. You are correct with regards to being advised to have mudflaps, we do state this on our website. As this is a powder coated product we recommend that your van is fitted along with Front Mud Flaps, this protects the front of the bar from debris. Should protection not be in place and the bars become damaged from external factors such as mud and debris, we would be unable to guarantee the bar. We also advise that if the paint gets chipped by a stone or something that you touch the paintwork up immediately to avoid corrosion and rust on the steel bar underneath the paint.
