It's always a pleasure to talk to a rep from VEEM. They are always prompt and will make sure all is taken care of. The automated system is a bit annoying, but the reps all have the credit. Aftere a string of mishaps over the last several transactions, I could not even log into either of my 2 accounts. At the height of frustration, I took one more shot with yet another support ticket and got Matt. I'm sure that he sensed my frustration, and he wa calm, empathetic, but most importantly focused on the solution. After a long string of potential sultions, he got me to the end of th ejourney with a solution that worked. Not out-of-the-box work... focus on the problem and the right solution, he was a total professional and kept his cool.
I have been in the software development business for over 40 years, having done every job from support to CEO and all points in between. I am currently the Director of Customer Success for a 4 year old start-up that just turned the corner. This issue would have been my last with VEEM if it had not been solved. If Matt was here with me now, I would buy him a drink... or a bottle of champagne. Awesome job!!! So much better than an AI BOT!!! ;)

Veems is not a reliable service
Veems is not a reliable service. They intentionally hold your money for 20 days, likely using it elsewhere, while forcing you to opt for their so-called "instant" service, which isn't instant at all—it still takes 7 days and charges an extra 1% fee on top of other charges.
Their tracking system is outdated, with transactions stuck in "pending" status even after the timeline has passed. If you're thinking of doing business with them, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

A client reached out to us with a question regarding a fee that was showing on her invoices. I asked the question in the help desk chat. Matt S was quick to respond and was very knowledgeable and I was able to respond to my client in a timely manner with the answer.

Used to be good, transfers would take 1-2 days to hit for the express option and 3-4 days for the non-express way.
Nowadays both types of transfers take more than a week to process, up to 15 (!!) days in most cases.

On today ,This is my utmost and final decision on VEEM payment platform
At first while I got account with VEEM it was looks like a very flexible for a merchant to improve business,
but due to the platform reverse policy on questioning payor and capture the sender email ,all my clients I going to loose and convinced to send payment to different platform,to retract my payments
VEEM will capture sender payment and hold the funds by forcing my clients to verify with unwanted documents and their Confidential documents , probably it looks like onboard the client forcefully without his concern
I questioned today to the platform why you need a sender to verify with VEEM ?
The agent his name Mr.David in the web chat he told it's mandatory for VEEM policy,
I never seen this process with other providers,it's a harrasment and,in this matter of issue as a merchant never have business and a even single amount they can't able to credit to my VEEM account since 35 days again they sent an an email to reverify my account also ,
now I totally afraid and I requested for cancellation of my account to a avoid this platforms harrasment while I am in position of loosing my clients
Unfortunately I don't know these people will do like this it's a very bad experience
My suggestion to merchants don't onboard with this platform by blindly trusting without knowing proper things
I don't mind what these people will reply but I'm closing my account
