I used to by in Italy through their application. Apart from the fact that the app doesn't exist for veepee.ch (I wonder why), the site is quite slow. I ordered several times, and unfortunately the beauty products arrived already expired - the smell of all shampoos and conditioners was awful, and I had to throw everything away. I am not sure it depends on the brand, as it looked a serious bio brand. I am more convinced it depends on the bad stocking of those shampoos (like in warm places or already opened), which caused the bad smell. Let's see if the next purchase of beauty products will satisfy me - otherwise I will cancel this website from my sellers.

They do not refund, they will give you a credit that can be used over one year only. Such a poor service with terms and conditions from another age.

If you have an issue, you will never get it fixed... One of the item that has been delivered was broken and I have been waiting and exchanging with their customer service for over a month without being offered any solution. Don’t order on their platform, there are other competitor which offer similar products with much better service!

I returned 2 orders last year (!!) in 2019 and i still have not been refunded!!! When i contacted customer service they informed me that according to this and that paragraph in the general terms they dont offer refunds for non-damaged goods just because i didnt like the colour in life , only give me credit stores that i can use for 1 year.
This is not acceptable! I am unable to change the app from french in what i dont speak a word and the general use of terms are nowhere to be found. This should be indicated right in our face to avoid this lose-lose situation.
I do want my money back, i payed a fortune for shipping, payed a fortune for returning the goods.
How very inflexible, today's discount deal website should not be allowed to operate in such a user unfriendly way, especially not with such a primitively functioning app.
