Not satisfactory experience
I've spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how to cancel my subscription, as the VPN hasn't worked properly. There's been no such visible option provided on their site. I finally had to go to paypal and make the cancellation there.

WATCH OUT - they charge you after you unsubscribe and refuse to give a refund
I had unsubscribed in September because their VPN suddenly stopped working in some jurisdictions, but found out that they had been charging me for 3 months after I unsubscribed. I asked what had happened, and they refused to answer the question. They are also currently refusing to refund the unauthorised payments. Avoid.
-updates- 10 Dec: 1) ref. the reply from VeePn, this is a blatant lie - I have indeed been sending emails - I guess they do not check them; and 2) I double-checked and turns out that I had unsubcribed in May 2024, not September, so 7 payments have been charged to my credit card after I unsubcribed. I will also be filing a formal complaint on Chrome and Edge app stores.
