For the sake of your sanity, AVOID!
Dont know where to start with this company. The two windows that never opened since 2019, still do not open (bedroom and kitchen - imagine the hot weather we had!). The gas knob never got fixed, I had to draw the on/off sign on it so make sure it didn’t stay on or have a gas leak. The whole in the sink was fixed by my father as no one came to fix it and bathroom fixture also never got fixed or replaced. The shower head also never got replaced and in the final two weeks of moving out they are scurrying to get it all fixed for the new tenant.
The builder came and showed me why there are so many leaks in the kitchen, namely no seals in the bathtub everytime I tried to shower. The landlord didn’t want to pay so asked to send her own builder the one that came to see it a year ago and said ‘it will go away itself’.
All these things were reported as soon as I moved it. I renewed twice due to covid and the demand on my job (NHS) during the pandemic to even have time to look elsewhere. Everyone seemed nice at veezed but quick turnover of staff (I wonder why!) and nothing was being communicated or cascaded therefore nothing was being done. To date, Mohan appears to be a member of staff who has been very helpful. It’s unfortunate the owner Ashish is rude. I stated after 3 years why am I having three month inspections when it’s always been positive and that I’m away on holiday so I can’t facilitate that again at the moment and he actually emailed me while I was in Bali at the other side of the world, asking me to state in an email I am refusing to cooperate as per my contract. on top of that they kept calling me while I was out there, despite me telling them this is costing me!
My father painted the living room and kitchen as it looked overly lived in. When I googled the property you could see it has the exact same white goods and decor from when it was first purchased.
When it got very hot, the Front door expanded and it took them three days to get someone to even come and look at it- that’s right!! the door didn’t shut for three days!! It was open! Not unlocked but ajar! I lived there alone, my family had to get involved and fought for someone to come for the sake of safety.
Finally, when moving out, waiting for me deposit. They did not even release it until i chased it two weeks after i moved out wondering why nothing has come through. i guess by this point they had new tenants so they really didn't give a F***. They use one mobile number for all staff so most of the time i had to keep asking 'who am i speaking to?'. not professional - i really don't get it! They even had someone work there i believe called Anish? who was rude on the phone, sarcastic and very very informal. other members of staff had to take the phone off him to 'damage control' and when I contacted Ashish the owner about this, I got nothing back and then claims that my email never reached him.
A combination of a tight landlord (which was the impression i was given!) and rude awful management from veezed. I don’t know whether to say don’t ever stay at this property because of who owns it or who looks after it!! Avoid both!! Imagine the pressures of working through the pandemic and dealing with this! I will be making an official complaint.
Great team
Overall a very good experience with Ash and his team - in particular Mohan, in getting the property let. I hope to up this to five stars once I have gained experience of their fully managed service.

Don’t deserve not even a single star! I’ve been to see a property yesterday and after we decided to go for it & to rent it, and we transferred straight on the deposit to make sure they keep it for us, we received a call today from them saying that the price for the rent is different now (higher) than it was posted on the market and if we don’t accept to pay more they will rent it to someone else!! No agency should never ever do that! BE AWARE!

A very irresponsible small local company
As a local resident , I have to say I'm appalled by the conduct of this particular company.
Within the last 2 months, local residents have witnessed 2 notable incident in which the company or its associates have dumped waste onto the streets of northwood ( Murray Road and Briarwood Drive ) . From furniture to building waste, polluting our neighbourhood, and causing a hazard which may harm the public, but in particular the elderly and young children.
We the resident association have pictorial evidence as well as eyewitness reports, which have been forwarded to the relevant authorities in the hope that the company or people responsible are made liable for their action.
The company is welcome to make contact with us, and we will quite happily share our reports and eyewitness accounts.
I hope this review will ensure that action is taken against those responsible.
We call upon the residents of northwood to help combat dumping the dumping of all waste, polluting our beloved enviroment.

Do not use this agent, we rented a property from them and they are totally unprofessional. They were very quick to take our money and told us that they were managing the property and assured us that they would be addressing all the issues in the house before we moved in.
Nothing was done and then then the people who we were dealing with suddenly stop responding.
VeeZed completely washed their hands of the responsibility of sorting anything out. They said that that they were suddenly not managing the property!!
Please be extra careful if you decide to use this agent as a landlord or as a tenant as they don't operate professionally.
They don't appear to have any knowledge of the property they are renting and take no responsibility for meeting legal requirements.
Please use a professional firm such as Savills, Gibbs etc.

We have been calling & sending emails to get the repairs done but the letting team either does not reply or say to get back to us with updates but they never did. After 2 months we got most of the issues fixed.
Felt that I landed in safe zone
I came to London a month back and Veezed Residential agency was responsible for renting out the property to me in Stanmore. I met Chander Shah and after the very first meeting I was so relaxed and confident that I have landed in the safe zone. She explained every bit in detail, the rent agreement, inventory list, all were explained, an emergency contact number was given. I had few issues that were resolved in a week. So for me they deserve 5 stars. Thanks Chander and Veezed. Keep doing the good work.

Truly great experience with the property management service from Veezed.
I cannot, in all honesty, give it 5 stars, as the property itself had many issues that were strategically omitted during the viewing, but I'm aware this is more an issue with each particular landlord rather than the agency itself.
My praise goes to how these issues are being currently handled. And special praise needs to go to Austin, who very obviously take these issues to heart and does everything possible to get them sorted. He's responsive and quick to solve any problems you might have, with a genuinely personable approach.
If there's anything that needs to be taken care of, I trust him to always be on top of it.
