Amazing meat, superb selection of fruit and veg and excellent prompt delivery. A shame some of the fruit was bruised and a little old but only some, the rest was great

Edit- Julie phoned me to apologise for the bruised fruit and has organised for it all to be replaced. Even before she phoned, I was planning to order again as I as so pleased but this has made me feel even better about my purchase

Amazing customer service and fantastic produce! Julie was very helpful on the phone and was extremely knowledgable about my order. This was my first veg box order from an online company and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of fruit, vegetables and meats supplied. We as a family have decided to step away from supermarkets to cut costs and shop for local quality produce. The man that delivered was extremely kind and offered to drop the box into the kitchen due to its weight. So much great fruit and vegetables, other members of the family are now going to purchase from them also. A lovely service all round, and will be ordering again this week!

Ordered a box and was told it would be delivered on a Monday. Messaged them 5pm on the Monday after waiting in all day, replied saying they ‘bloody forgot’ and would be with me the next day. Box came and items were missing, immediately contacted them. Quality was just ok, quantities were less than the pictures and videos online.

They said the missing items would be with us on Wednesday, Wednesday at 11am they message saying oh no it’s Thursday, 6.30pm on the Thursday and I message them to see where they are, they tell me the 3 missing items will be with me on Friday. A full 4 days after I was expecting them. I’ve told them not to bother and gone out to rebuy the items.

They post a lot about how they’re struggling and I was looking to support and become a regular customer but I just can’t justify it when they’re so unreliable. It felt like we’d inconvenienced them by ordering.

Very happy, with service and products always outstanding value and quality.
