Not happy. Parcel has been lost by delivery company. ( Granted not VAS fault.) But can't seem to get a reply from them about it. Tried their online submission form and through Google business but received nothing but unwanted bombardment of emails and texts about offer.
Not acceptable.

Never received the parcel

Placed order with this organisation for my daughters birthday. Courier company re-scheduled delivery 3 times, days later received confirmation email from them that goods had been delivered - nothing received at delivery address.
Have now sent 5 emails complaining about delivery and every one ignored - requested a refund, this also has been ignored - on this basis I could not recommend using them.

After placing two orders and one of them being a gift for family member arrived no issues two weeks later and I’m still waiting for the replacement box which was sent out the end of last week but no tracking info etc

The sweets themselves are amazing but their marketing is the worst I have experienced. I have unsubscribed to their emails countless times and yet still regularly receive them, I have emailed, wrote to them on Twitter and they still keep coming! Absolutely atrocious customer service and will never buy from them again now.

Still waiting for my order which i placed Thursday last week for 1-2 day express delivery.... no customer service phone number and no response to at least 4 emails I've sent so far..... won't order again and will send back when it eventually arrives.

Just received my first bag of Vegan All Sorts & I’m SO happy - amazing selection! Won’t be buying my sweets from anywhere else now!

I love movies, have since I saw Star Wars aged just 3 years old and it's always been a tradition that my wife and I go to the cinema on my Birthday.
Given the lockdowns, my birthday today was due to be a home cinema night with a Netflix movie, hot dog and sweets and so I sought out Vegan sweets and (mist importantly) Vegan Popcorn for my wife.
Having found a nice bag on Amazon Prime along with Vegan hampers I decided to look around as, where possible, I go with small independent businesses and so came across VeganAllSorts.
Not only did they have sweets, they also had Popcorn and so I order 3 items and awaited their arrival.
Yesterday I was advised that the package had been sent, excellent I thought, but then I received another saying the Popcorn had been refunded!
Low-and-behold, today I received 2 of my 3 items and no popcorn, no explanation and no option to cancel my order. Had the seller opened a dialogue I would've been able to confirm what had happened and cancel the order and purchased it on Amazon instead but now it is too late.
My birthday's over now, I'm in bed and we skipped our cinema night for the first time in 27 years thanks to VeganAllSorts but rest assured I won't be using them again.

Got this as a gift and I ate the whole bag! Literally craving for more haha - the mega fizzy bag is yummy with all time faves!

Tasty sweets and great to find the sweets I love in a form suitable for vegetarians =) Also agree with the no waste mission on the packet.
Would highly recommend!

Only thing that needs improvement is the tracking of delivery.

Sweets are incredible, can’t fault them there! I am a bit disappointed as the latest bag I received seems to not be recyclable and can’t find anything to suggest otherwise. They used to come in paper style bags which were great, bring them back please!!

Nice sweets but bad customer service. I sent them a polite email with photos showing the bags of sweets arrived in damaged packaging. Although the packets hadn’t pierced through, they looked a little battered to give as Christmas gifts. No one has emailed me back or acknowledged my email and it has been over a week. Really poor customer service. First and last time customer.

My absolute favourite. Wouldn’t pick any other pick and mix now and i’m not even vegan. Literally so much choice its amazing. 100% recommend if you haven’t bought any already - you’re missing out.

I love that a vegan alternative for sweets exists. They are so good and affordable. The only drawback for me was that because I am not in the UK my delivery was a bit expensive but honestly that won't stop me from ordering again :)

Best sweets ever!!! Even my hubby was sceptical about these sweets and he's been completely converted and we've already placed our next order! Super tasty sweets and really speedy delivery, cannot recommend enough! Just prepare yourself for the bag not to last long, too fast to hang around! 😋🍬👌
