URGENT: I NEED HELP FROM VEGANGSTER
I am publicly asking Vegangster and Citron Processing to help clarify what happened to approximately 36,000 USDT that SlotNeo confiscated from my account.
I deposited 27,032.786349 USDT into SlotNeo from my fully verified MEXC account. The funds are completely traceable through the Ethereum blockchain.
The deposits were made through seven separate USDT/ERC-20 transactions, all sent to the same Ethereum address provided by SlotNeo:
0x73b12b793d2f5e668b04d55359b011ccc99bff94
The total received by the SlotNeo deposit address was exactly:
27,032.786349 USDT
My SlotNeo account subsequently reached approximately 36,000 USDT.
Then SlotNeo closed my account and confiscated the funds, claiming that my activity was “suspicious” for AML reasons.
Here is what concerns me:
SlotNeo did not ask me to provide documentation to clarify the alleged AML concerns.
Instead, I voluntarily submitted a complete Source of Funds / AML documentation package, including MEXC transaction records, blockchain evidence, Revolut statements, Uber Eats income records, tax-related documentation, identification and proof of address.
The blockchain evidence clearly demonstrates where my deposits came from.
SlotNeo nevertheless refused to return my full balance.
They subsequently offered me approximately 6,259.27 USDT as a settlement.
I rejected that settlement.
Later, my account was apparently reopened and the balance was unilaterally changed to 6,259.27 USDT — essentially the same amount previously offered as settlement.
I never accepted this settlement and I do not consider the dispute resolved.
Why I am asking Vegangster and Citron for help
Vegangster publicly lists SlotNeo among its clients, and Vegangster provides iGaming platform and payment-related infrastructure.
Vegangster has also publicly announced its partnership with Citron Processing for crypto payment infrastructure.
I am therefore asking both companies:
Please investigate whether your infrastructure or any of your payment partners were involved in processing my funds.
In particular:
- Was SlotNeo using Vegangster infrastructure when my account was active?
- Was my deposit processed through Vegangster or one of its payment partners?
- Was Citron Processing involved in any part of the transaction flow?
- Was the wallet address above associated with SlotNeo's payment infrastructure?
- Was any AML investigation actually conducted regarding my account?
- Were my voluntarily submitted Source of Funds documents ever reviewed?
- Can you identify the payment provider or infrastructure through which my funds were processed?
I am not asking either company to take my word for it.
I have the MEXC records, SlotNeo transaction history, blockchain TXIDs and Source of Funds documentation necessary to independently verify the facts.
I am asking for transparency and for the relevant Compliance/AML/Risk teams to investigate.
Vegangster — if SlotNeo was using your infrastructure, please help establish what happened to my funds.
Citron Processing — if your infrastructure or services were involved, please investigate and clarify whether you processed or routed any of these transactions.
I am prepared to provide the complete evidence package privately to the appropriate compliance teams.
This is not simply a disagreement over gambling losses.
This concerns approximately 36,000 USDT that were confiscated after an alleged AML concern, despite the fact that I voluntarily provided extensive documentation demonstrating the source of my funds.
This company literally steals people’s funds.
I am asking the companies involved in the infrastructure to help establish
