Placed an order

Placed an order. Nothing received. Cannot get any response from customer service or via Facebook.
Looked them up and ABN was cancelled in 2025 so i guess the company was shut down then and now it's just a scammer.

This company sent me a belt without…

This company sent me a belt without holes and is now ghosting all of my ways to get in touch about it. Really weird and disappointing. I will be disputing the charge. Their products have generally been good in the past, but I guess they only respond when everything is 100% satisfactory.

Frustrating experience due to poor communication

I placed my order in January and, unfortunately, the experience has been quite disappointing.

The parcel was initially sent to the wrong country, and although the company acknowledged the mistake and said they would resend the item, I never received any updated tracking information. Over the following weeks, I had to chase multiple times just to get basic updates.

Communication was inconsistent and unclear, and there was no proactive follow-up from their side. The situation was only resolved after I escalated the issue and requested either proper tracking details or a refund.

A refund has now been processed, but I am still waiting for the amount to be credited back to my account, so the case is not fully closed yet.

I appreciate that they eventually took responsibility, but the overall handling was slow, reactive, and time-consuming.

I “pre-ordered” January 5th for a ship…

I “pre-ordered” January 5th for a ship date of January 29th. I never revived a confirmation email of my order. I emailed customer service and they said there was an unavoidable two week production delay. It’s now February 25th and they’ve stopped responding. I don’t believe this company is real and I will be reporting fraud.

Horrible costumer service, items never received

This store is not serious at all. My order was placed back in October 2025. Since some items were in pre-sale, order was shipped in late December and received in January, but only one out of three items received due to an error during packing (confirmed by their costumer service). But they disappeared after that, they are not answering any of my messages. A real scam.

I pre-ordered a Slim Cactus Belt that was meant to ship on September 15th

I pre-ordered a Slim Cactus Belt on August 28th, thinking it wouldn't be too long until its ship date, September 15th.

However, since then, they have changed the pre-order ship date repeatedly. They moved from their initial commitment to ship on September 15th to September 25th, then October 15th and, finally, changing the date to October 30th.

What made this experience worse was the lack of communication around the changes and ghosting. Despite saying they will respond to emails and Instagram messages within two days, they have not replied to my attempts to reach out. I emailed them on September 14th and then followed up again on September 26th. I still haven't heard a single word back as of October 19th. I tried dm'ing them on insta at the start of the month. Nothing either.

Their sales communication and customer service are just so bad, almost to the point of being deceptive. Delays happen, but repeatedly changing the pre-order date quietly on the website without fulfilling orders or updating customers who paid months ago is just straight up shady business practice.
