Fabulous shoes/dreadful courier
Fabulous shoes - they look and feel like stylish quality, and are so flattering AND comfortable - and exceptional customer service. The courier (DPD via Chronopost) lost the parcel, insisted it had been delivered, said my address didn’t exist, and then a third delivery company finally delivered them two weeks after the due date. Throughout all this, VSI kept in touch with both me and the couriers until the matter was sorted out. I hope they’ll use a different courier next time but I'll definitely be ordering again.

Finally, I found vegan shoes that match my style! They look exactly like the photos in the website and have an exquisite finishing. The description said they fit large and we should order a size down - which was 100% accurate. Support contactedme to make sure I had taken that into account before shipping. Just perfect!

Review
First things first - I just got my shoes and they look great and are exactly what I expected! They're also pretty comfy so far and I'd say the sizing table on the website is accurate, though the web consultant confused me a bit on that regard and I'm glad I trusted the table. I have a few remarks, one of them is that the inner sole is also made from vegan leather which makes my foot slide up and down when walking (gets better if I wear thick socks, so maybe I'm between size 36 and 37). And the other thing is, it's on the website the packaging is sustainable and indeed it looks that way - no plastic wraps, however the inner lining of the package paper is plastic and all paper that comes with them is glossy in general, which means it's basically as bad on environment as plastic. Other than that, the shoes seem like excellent work.
