I won £257 easter friday with drew £200 i then won another £120 so when it came to me taking the £150 thats left they decide to switch the withdrawl to my old bank account which i closed you go to deposit then press remove but dont work i then tried live chat that dosnt work you then try another chat page only to be told your not meant to be on that page.. you phone customer helpline only to be told they dont deal with online accounts ...very conveient!! So u dont or cant talk to nobody you can t get them to pay u to the account u deposited from they clearly dont like u winning so i got £150 sitting there that i cant have.... william hill rip off! Iam now going to hand this over to trading standard williamhill!

Opened an account this evening, deposited twice then it was closed with no explanation, with my balance locked away inside. I managed to get one reply from someone on chat saying I have duplicate accounts but I don’t, but there was no further replies when I stated this, no email to give any information, nothing.

I should have read the reviews first, it appears.

Since June 25th I have been trying to resolve a problem with a withdrawal I won in the game.

Between June 25th and 26th they withheld 200 pounds from me

I tried to resolve it and sent all the documentation they asked for

Today, June 27th, I still have no response and no money.

Not to mention the incompetence of the operators who have passed me around countless times.

Yesterday I made a complaint here that I deleted by mistake.

I have already submitted it to Citizen Advice

Without doubt WH has become worse over the past 12 months. Not sure whether there has been some kind of shift in ownership, or they have just become less focused on customer experience. The online casino bonuses are little to non existent. This is not a bitter gambler talking, I budget sensibly and look to be as objective as I possibly can. And like a lot of gamblers, I like to look at statistics and trends. And there has been a definite shift on the gaming platform, with the odds further stacked in their favour. I would advise, try some different platforms, be sensible, but do not let this company keep taking your money with little hope of getting any kind of return. Like I said, I am not bitter, just pragmatic.
