I got in and deposited then the site crashed.....wouldn't let me login again and page froze. Now I have money on a site i cannot access....I have emailed and no contact back.....I cannot get onto the support cause its frozen and stuck on a white page with the logo.....very frustrating

This company have continuously taken money from my bank account and won’t refund it back to me!!!!

Absolute joke of a company. Have not received my £300 off of them sent multiple emails. No response. Now cannot access the website at all. It will not let me select the ‘log in button’ when going onto the website so essentially cannot access my account. I will be reporting to the gambling commission as they have basically stole £300 from me

I gave one star but if I could I would give 0 because it's a scam.

Wouldn't give a star done deposit and don't use site costumer service useless turned off excepting my emails rejected back to me impossible to withdraw with all documents you need never know a site as bad as this one avoid at all cost

I joined this website no problem in taking my deposits then won several hundreds of pounds tried cash out withdraw my winnings and found every time send me back to deposit more money. I was on it all day trying to contact them as they state 24 7 excellent support services I tried email them and when I went to answer the email I have been disabled from my account and can’t get my winnings out because they have locked me out of my account. They emailed me back saying they have sent me several emails asking me to download my documents but they have only sent me this since I asked to how do I withdraw my funds from my account if my account is closed. I can’t download my documents as they won’t let me access my account.i have emailed several times and this is nearly 2 weeks and I still can’t get my withdrawal from this company. I have had another email saying today the account has been escalated to the appropriate department and they will email as soon as there is any update.This website I wouldn’t recommend to anyone as I have been waiting nearly 2 weeks for my withdrawal of my winnings and still haven’t received any updates . They are happy to take your deposits but when it comes to trying to withdraw money they make it difficult to get hold of any customer service support and I am still waiting for a response from them.

Games are great, won some money, uploaded my documents and the money was in my bank the same day. 👍🏻

DO NOT DEPOSIT HERE THEY WILL NEVER LET YOU WITHDRAW AND ASK FOR STUFF YOU SHOULD NEVER IN MILLION YEARS SEND THEM AVOID

Horrible site, charge for deposit and withdrawals. I deposited alot and won almost nothing, this site WILL just feel like a money sink, I went through £100 many times in less than 10 minutes. Should be banned.

This website partake in fraudulent practices to deceive you and take your money. Do not sign up as they allow you to deposit but will not allow you to withdraw.

On chat waited 1 hour. No joy. Where to withdraw,no lobby as it says. Absolutely a waste of time. Not recommended

Omg I wished I read the reviews it's true soon as you cash out the want to no the ins and out of a ducks backside well this company must be desperate and I mean really desperate they want to make sure that your cashing out in to your own account why not ask at the beginning instead of wen u win wat a load of rubbish 😀 you can keep your money seems you are that desperate but any body thinking of joining please forget it I have never heard of such a company it needs closing oh and they have a cheek to charge you for depositing 😆

Scam. Avoid - will allow deposits but ask for ID as soon as you make a withdrawal and waiting over 2 weeks for an update

Worst site I’ve ever used! You won’t win a single penny so do not waste your money like I did. absolute dreadful website that should be removed immediately.
